Everytime I go here I'm reminded of why I blacklist this place. The employees always seem bothered that they have to work. The ordera are never correct and are missing items. The food always tastes old and soggy as if it was prepped and stored earlier in the day. Awful location with awful service and quality. Save your money and go to McDonald's on 22nd ave

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEORDER NOT TAKEN-sale lost!The automatic order kiosk would not take me order correctly.I pulled up to the window and was told No (with an attitude) I could not order from the window.I should have done what the car prior to me did-LEAVE & not be bothered!!!

Yes I had experience on Checker when I order a large milkshake and when they give me you give me half of the portion and I asked to cash here what happened to this milkshake and she tells me in the machine was set not coming out but you charged me $5 and change for the shake on a half cup of milkshake and I ordered two for $450 a burger Checker burger and it was cold but I just came out of the cooler and the content lettuce and tomato was very not like a normal Burger are May they need some more training on their prepping station when a customer order something and they don't say anything or they don't said when you ask them about it is that this how much I can do that's not acceptable answer

Waited in line for 10 mins just to get told to park. Waited another 20 mins and then got told to go back in the drive through line because the manager is yelling at everyone. Just avoid this place.

Horrible service I ordered online and they can’t follow simple instructions. I ordered my burgers with ketchup only and they loaded them up with every topping I said I do not want on top of that my order was missing food my bacon burger had no bacon and the staff was very rude and ghetto when I went to pick up my order.

Service is absolutely horrible. We had to go back since we were missing a couple of items from our order. We were treated very poorly by the manager when trying to claim the rest of our order and had a back and forth with her as she repeatedly yelled the same phrase in a mocking a childish manner. At the end we still did not receive the rest of our order. If you want to be treated like trash and waste your time and money, this is the place to go!
