I have orderded my food it was hot drink was cold but i needed to use the bath room and i was told no i spoke with the manger ans she stated its not my problem and corporate has the bathroom for employees only. This is what i pulled up on line .According to available information, Checkers does not have a publicly stated bathroom policy on their website or in most locations, meaning customers generally have access to use the bathroom facilities at Checkers restaurants, but it's best to inquire with the staff at your local store to confirm availability and any specific guidelines they might have regarding bathroom use

This location is terrible & the owner needs to come by to see it for themselves. I drive in the drive through at 12:17 a.m. & I ordered the T-Pain checker burger meal no mustard medium with a rootbeer. I'm sending this complaint because this young lady had a disgusting attitude & didn't want to service the customers that came hoping we would drive off & go somewhere else. One customer did drive out. I placed the order at the speaker. When I finally got to the window she said she didn't get my order. I was told my order was 6.74. I explained that to her & she asked me what the order was. I explained to her the order twice & she kept saying I didn't place my order. There's no way to know the total if I didn't place a order. She finally charged me for the order which the total was 6.74 as I had previously stated. She placed sauce on the receipt that I didn't ask for them refuses to give me any sauce for the chicken bites. I then had to pay for 2 honey mustard sauces. I received no condiments, no napkins, no straw for the drink. I had to turn around because she gave me 2 bbq sauces that I then got out of my car walked up to the window in order to get what I paid for. This young lady then says out loud when I get mad then you'll know why to someone in the restaurant. No matter if she was frustrated from all of her mistakes there's no reason to behave in that manner especially when every car waited well over at least 30 minutes or more patiently for our food. Not too mention that her nasty hair weave was in my food. No one blew the horn or anything. One customer did back out but the young lady is nasty & belligerent to the customer's for no reason & the food was ice cold. I couldn't go to bed without sending this complaint and I will be contacting the restaurant in the morning as well. I didn't leave until 12:48 & that's ridiculous.

The service is not good the food is very very bad and cold The lady that works, there had a very nasty attitude come out the bathroom and then wash her hands and told her disrespected us and overcharged us, and then showed us. Our meal, slammed the window in our faces and said that she don’t care who I tell that she won’t be at work tomorrow no way she will be off and my babies in the car she was totally ridiculous. She said she don’t care who I tell him refused to give me any services after she paid her statement to me and my family with my small children in the car. and this is on 62nd St., IN MIAMI FLORIDA

I went checkes to ordet food for 10 people that wer with me.. As i arrive to take out window i had to stand out in the hwat for over 5min . befor any one would serve me... I knocked on the take out window.. A heavy set lady told me from inside without opening the window and said they wern closed . So i said I was gona do a reviwe at that moment... A nother woman open the window and said they only had two ppl working... Ok so you tell the customer that you are busy and you will be right woth them. . this lady skip over me and take order of someone that was. behind me... Very unprofessional... I guess that why she works their who els will give her a job. After. Oh i forgot to say that i was recoding this and I informed them of it and she still unprofessional started tellin me that she worked for corpret while the other lady just stood there and said nothing because she look liked the manager she was dress in corpret uniform... Well can you belive they wanted to call police becaouse of this reviwe... Will nevr go their again and im tell al my frinds on social media... Check out the video... No good they lok like they will spide on you food... Bad for Business.
