came here off the late night and stood at the window only to NOT get served. The team was more concerned with unloading a truck and fixing their own food than taking care of a paying customer. I will be glad when businesses teach their employees why they are there. I was definitely going to spend over $20 but now yall can figure out how to keep this location open/profitable... absolutely ridiculous and I highly recommend you do NOT go here

One per on the drive thru that ignores people at the walk up window. They are so slow that car was parked there 15 minutes an 1 person making the food and wrapping everything up 😂 only 2 people

I don’t even know where to begin smh! That supposed assistant manager Tamryn or tamaya was a joke!!! For one, who talks to their customers through the drive thru like she is irritated? At this point, how is she an assistant to any manager at this point? Her attitude was so dry and unprofessional. I placed my order, okay no problem until i met the nightmare at the window! I and let me say this again IIIIIIIIII greeted her and you know what she said? Absolutely nothing! Okay, no problem, I asked to use my rewards on my order. You know what she says? Oh what you wanna do? While rolling her these. Smh I’m thinking to myself like what did i do to her smh. Then my food comes, she hands it to me so i try another time, thank you and have a good night. No response, smh just closed the window with no eye contact or acknowledgment smh. HOW IS SHE A MANAGER? WELL ASSISTANT WITH NOOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE? How is the customer being the one who is trying to be courteous wit’s the employee? That was terrible especiallj as one who works in the restaurant business

Too many panhandlers. They would literally walk up to the microphone and start adding things to your order if you didn't give them money. The staff had to come out and run them off, but they would come right back.
