Nothing has change in years is awesome how can a meal be the same as 20 years ago i am not use to travel to Miami often last time was 23 years ago and since that time i have not taste checkers ,but fortunately Google did remind me again because of maps ! all this nice flavor was tasted 😋 congratulations for the people who runs this business !! love your taste 👍🏻

I WENT TO BUY FOOD THE OTHER NIGHT, BUT THAT AUTOMATED SPEAKER PERSON, WAS TOO MECHANICAL. I HAD QUESTIONS, BUT NOBODY CAME TO TALK. I HATED THE EXPERIENCE OF NO TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I PEELED OUT OF THERE W NO FOOD😡. THIS NEW CHECKER IDEA SUCKS. WE WANT HUMAN INTERACTION. I HATE THIS NEW WORLD.. ITS SO F ING INHUMANE😡. ILL JUST MAKE MY OWN F ING BURGERS AND FRIES. The manager ( Skinny Hispanic) horrible attitude. 0 Customer service skills. I asked for a coke, it tasted like carbonated water. I told her she said what do you want me to do about it. I pressed coke. That is coke. I told her there was no need for an attitude . If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is horrible. Waited 30 mins for 2 orders. Never again. And to boot they are rude. I do not recommend it.

The food is very delicious, but every time we go to order, a girl apparently is the manager who is very poorly educated, she doesn't know how to treat customers twice now, but it is also a place where the fast food is exquisite, Now I prefer to go to another Checkers from another address

I asked for can door dash and it did not arrive correctly, the fries were salty and I could not eat them, I left the comfort of my home to go to the place in person to claim the cheesecake that I had ordered that did not arrive… good service at the premises, I felt relieved
