I recently stopped by Checkers on Biscayne Blvd, and wow, the burgers are flipping awesome! Juicy and loaded with flavor. The staff were super friendly too, making the whole vibe just so chill. Definitely coming back! ?✨

Arrived at 9pm Wed, Oct 9 2024 trying to order food but no menu, no speaker on drive thru, only 2 guys working and they told me they're waiting for the next shift to come in and not taking any drive or walk thru orders. Is this how this business is run? ?

Woman employee at checkers with tattoo on her face is very rude she needs to lose her job so she can get a taste of reality replace her with better attitude person cuz she's going to meet her maker arguing with the wrong person or giving the wrong face to the person that she's serving it's not appreciated in food service ? other than that this checker is okay place

The manager of the place is aggressive and rude, both with clients, employees and delivery people. She shouts, throws things and closes the window in people's faces.
Tough meat patties, bread that smells like old paint, long waiting times... Looking at Uber Eats, it seems like it would be better to order McDonald's or Wendy's.
