The truth is that the place is fast food, the cashier didn't give me a receipt and I asked him for it and he told me that the paper had run out and I saw that I put a paper in the trash two things either the real paper ran out or I charged and it was thrown away The money for him, I honestly don't know, but no ATM is supposed to give you a service without a receipt from August 0. I also sat outside on some benches and there was a smell of a dead animal. Then I realized that there was a dead rat next to the decomposing brass. .I had a bad impression of the place .no taste, the treatment was not bad...

Never got any food . just with the service w@ disgusting .. Just got out of a Heat game. Walked 20 minutes to get to this place. All I did was ask if anyone was taking orders. And a short pregnant lady with really bad appearance looks really un approaching just went off being really rude . Really nasty area. Place was really dirty..

Do not go late night, only tenders and fries. On top of that, the employees are so dismissive and are clearly unhappy with their life. Why even bother to get a job their???? So Disturbed by the people who think they own the place and treat customers like a burden, when in fact they are there for a paycheck. I started from the bottom and respect every job/position out there. It's just disturbing when employees can't see the pride in their job. Don't take a paycheck if your unhappy doing the job.It's sad.

I ordered a pickup order last night to be ready at 11:34 PM. There was nothing open around me so I figured this was the quickest most convenient option - boy was I wrong. I was there on time and then waited over 50 minutes for my food to be made. There were several other customers waiting for their food for pickup (probably door dash drivers) yet new orders were being made and given to certain people. The inside of this place is unsanitary and dirty everywhere. When I asked several times about my food I was told to just keep waiting, they don’t know when it will be ready, they can’t check my order, they don’t have any info, completely unhelpful etc. all the staff were wearing air pods and I counted 4 people in the back doing literally nothing. There was a woman there that was sweeping the floors and said they have to close for 15 minutes to clean… After waiting so long, I asked for a refund (I ordered >$30 of food) and to cancel my unmade order bc I refused to wait any longer and the guy said he couldn’t help me with that. I was furious.I hope this place gets shut down for health code violations and the staff turns their attitudes around and learn to do their jobs but honestly after witnessing no one working for almost an hour and so many people waiting patiently for their food orders, I hope they all get fired by upper management and can easily find someone to do a way better job and actually put some effort in to helping customers.Worst experience ever and I will never visit a Checkers again.Luckily I found a sushi place not too far away that was open until 3AM and ended up getting great food there (Sushi Sake) and excellent service.Long story short - save your money and esp ur precarious time and do not ever visit this place at night.

Found ourselves relying on the late night walk up to the drive through window option on a recent trip. Never been to a checkers before and had never even heard of em.The evaluation on their food is it's pretty good, the portions are large and it's a tad more heavy than the super mainstream fast food joints. Their spiced fries are enjoyable and it was hard to beat the belly filling effect of a big Buford and a ridiculously sized regular soft drink.
Had a taste for some Checkers since I haven't eaten there in a long time, but once I bit into my COLD Checker Burger ?, I was immediately reminded why I always refuse to turn into Checkers' establishment. Maybe in another year, I might forget this experience, but until the memory dissipates from my memory, Chick-fil-A, it is...✌️
Just don’t do it.Clearly this company doesn’t prioritize its customers or employees because with how busy this location is at night, to only staff the store with 3 employees is crazy. They have no time to talk to any customers let alone, take orders and make the orders.I feel bad for the employees who get harassed by rude, impatient and entitled customers.

First of all almost everything in my order was missing the chicken was dry and it looked like it was reused I added some things to my burger and they send me this terrible service , bad food and definitely not worth
