When ordering, i asked for NO mayo (allergic) and they still put mayo. We got to the window and the “manager” made my fries with NO gloves and had his finger on them while bagging it. He also sneezed all over my food without even covering his face. And didnt even say ANYTHING and aggressively gave the food to us. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. DO NOT eat here!

Imagine going to checkers to order food ABs being treated like this? There was no line this lady was so mean and short with me. She didn't even know if i was the ceo of checkers she spoke to me like she didn't want to be at work or be employed. This occurred on 12/4/24 around 5:43pm prior to recording she was worse so i started recording her notice she didn't apologize for being rude .didn't even say hi even she opened the window. The problem was i said i have a coupon for a bogo chicken bitebox she didn't want me to say that

They sell un-edible food, specially mother crisp chicken sandwich. Chicken was so old and nasty looking, was burnt and definitely fried in dirty oil. Everything in this place is bad. Don’t go to this checkers.
Seriously, we were stuck here hostage for 42 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to use the computer and they wouldn’t give us our food until I paid cash. I offered that in the very beginning and they didn’t want the cash. They said they could do it and then when I got my food, it was cold. I had to make them remake it, not fair at all and then they were waiting on other customers as I was there hoping to get my change back which took another 1015 minutes. I wish the owner would read this and do something because these people are nice but they’re so incompetent. They don’t have a clue what they’re doing.

There was a male manager who was disgustingly rude. We asked to remove cheese from one of the burgers and pickles and the response was, “its a burger what do you expect.” While explaining the order he rolled his eyes and walked away and proceeded to hand us cold fried that were thaw. We brought it up and handed it back and he had a bad attitude all over again. I been here before but this worker was unacceptable.

The worst service ever!! My mom got yelled at and today is her birthday. The man working there was very disrespectful. And whoever that man was honestly needs to be fired. The shake they gave me tasted like chemicals and made me so to my stomach.
