The service here is a nightmare. If you go through the drive thru, you wait forever even though no one else is there. If you go to the walk up window, they just ignore you. The parking lot is always filthy. If you have the option to go elsewhere, I would suggest doing so.

i came to checkers yesterday night & a young lady was talking very rudely & hostile to me on the mic when i got to the window i asked the young lady there who was that on the microphone she told me it was the manager i asked for the manager and the young lady caniya she has glasses & has. a afro walked up to the window and asked what’s the problem tired to play totally clueless and we exchanged some words and that was the it yall need to rethink who yall hiring as managers .

I ordered a large drink and a large fry. Then I pulled up to the window and they asked what I ordered. I told them then received a small bag and a drink without a receipt. Drive away and no way that was a large fry. Check my account and was charged almost 8$ for just a drink what seemed to be a small fry unbelievable! Checkers customer service has been the worst throughout florida for years think Im writing off the brand!
