It was 10pm and I requested a taxi and they told me it wasn't there right away. I got out so they could help me through the window and they rudely asked me if they didn't help me through the window, just through the drive thru. I went through the app and they thought I could compare the service. What bad service.

The #1 Combo has the bread cold, hamburgers were not flavorful, concrete tables outside(the only ones) are disgusting, spots of grease and dirty fluids. The windows frame are worse, with a black crust, dirty and with very bad aspect. The cook was the only person I saw, there was nobody at the place, but she never asked if we want catsup or mayo.

Girl that handed me my coke spilled some in my car didn't apologize. Coke wasn't carbonated well no big deal, asked to be changed lady literally said which one with a bad attitude, I told her fanta she said which one louder with more attitude I didn't realize there are more than one fanta drink. Said the orange one she slammed the door in my face. Didnt say anything else to me except which one. In this day in age if I was recording she would have been fired.
Just tried the "contact" information that their reply stated. Just basically for me to go round and around with someone that had no idea why even called them. So super helpful customer service experience ??

Fancy automated ordering system and order still wrong. Got chicken instead of fish sandwich and noticed something in the bottom of my coke after drinking ? only one lady work both drive thru and walk up window. Place needs attention!

Mold on the burger. I ate one double checker burger without really looking at it and I noticed the bread tasted old/stale. Then I looked at the second burger and there was mold on the bun. Almost threw up in my car, I feel so nauseated!
