First time coming here. We were seated right away. We were greeted by our server Ora, who was very pleasant. The food was good. Nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back again. The only reason we didn't give five stars, was because of the manager. He came out several times seemingly checking on the table next to us. But didn't say hello or inquire about how things were going with us. He just seemed to be selective about who he spoke to. Not good customer service.

We had a great experience at Cheddar’s, ( 164 sw 88 st)and we would especially like to highlight our server, Richard. His service was outstanding—very professional, patient, and attentive. He took the time to explain the menu in detail and made excellent dish recommendations, which truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was Richard’s wonderful attitude and exceptional customer service. He was attentive at all times and made us feel very well taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by him again!

What a find in Miami, a place where tourist areas have expensive food with medium quality food at best, this was an oasis. Excellent value for the a great meal and service. Place is clean, portions are ample, beverages are not watered down and all personnel are very amicable. Would recommend above lots of popular chains.

Food was great and the apple pie is amazing. Came here for a birthday lunch with friends. Got seated at 1:30 did not leave till 4 pm . The restaurant was empty ! And the service was terrible took an hour alone to bring drinks alone . Waiter was not attentive at all . I had to stand and walk to the kitchen to say I needed something(desert). To then have an employee from the kitchen get upset and speak to me with an attitude because i had to kind request someone to come attend my table. This was my first time coming here . And let’s just say I expected way more .
The amount of preservative sodium they use here will have your blood pressure skyrocketing
