“I had the Old School Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it was perfect. Crusty bread, hot, delicious meat with onions (extra) and of course liquid cheese. Plus fries and soft drink. Preparation took 5 minutes. Pure take away counter. You can eat and sit in the food court in front of it.

“Charleys Philly Steaks in Dadeland Mall is a tasty option at the food court while shopping. I think I finally figured this place out with the helpful assistance of the staff here. I was able to maximize the order and it worked out very well. This is a nice stop to make when you are really hungry and need something more than usual. The fries here are awesome.“

“Oh my goodness I found the longest strand of HAIR in with my melted cheese onions and pickle on my Philly steak after spending $13 on my order and craving their yummy food from the time I came I to the mall I was truly disappointed to say the least. Not to mention my unborn was kicking me like crazy in anticipation of something hot and pickley lol. I've always been a fan of this food chain they have never let me down prior to today but luckily I was surprised that the manager Jasson was a completely customer service orientated dear. He quickly offered to remake my sandwich or refund me the total which ever I'd prefer ?. He was courteous and apologetic not making a fuss when I showed him the strand on my sandwich. He smiled and was genuinely interested in appeasing me Iand my issue I even saw him go over to the cooks to have a chat with them to make sure they were being careful about this sort of thing in a very professional matter. He was cool calm and collected. I had a fresh sandwich remade minus the disgusting hair and all was well he even gave me a larger order of fresh real french fries I love their thick cut fries and so did my bouncy baby girl in my belly lol ?. Thank for making customer satisfaction a priority and for your professionalism in the matter. Kudos to your great staff also. We shall be back!!!“
