I love the fried plantains. They are always fresh, crisp and delicious. Great with their homemade pickling. The oxtails are juicy and tender. And when you don't want meat, their fish is fried to perfection and seasoned well. I also tried the fried shrimp during their special. Shrimp fried very well, though they are small. I don't speak Creole but their staff is very pleasant.
I stopped by a local spot named Chef Creole today and ordered 2 plates of fried shrimp, rice and plantains for take out. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My order was fresh and the flavors were great. The customer service was great as well. They have a great selection of Haitian food and when I got home we really enjoyed every bite! We will definitely go back soon!

I ordered the fried shrimp with white rice and brown sauce. It comes with fried plantains. It was so good but I don't want to go back because I don't want them to think im so greedy. especially now with the big back theme. lol I will be back next week or maybe the next week.
