They are dry and we’re a little overcooked and the garlic Parmesan wings had a thick cheese mixed with the sauce which I would’ve just preferred the sauce, no cheese, so it took away from the flavor of the chicken wings.

The first time eating from this restaurant and the food was all right my daughter says the burger was good she was feeling with the burger and the french fries were a little salty she says but she's so used to having McDonald's french fries but I find the food was good I had a Philly steak with french fries add my daughter had a burger with cheese and French fries and everything was under $20 we had to lunch special so that was really good

I came across the place by accident -- stopped inside to and tried the hash browns, potatoes, eggs, grits, mac n cheese, and fruit punch.
Everything tasted good and was priced well -- the service was friendly and the space is very simple. It is more of a takeout place as it is located in the flea market plaza. A nice spot to get well seasoned food!

Walking into the restaurant there was no one present to say hi, hello, welcome or anything. I had to say hellooo only to be encountered with a female whose demeanor is horrible. I did NOT order anything, I was there to pickup an order. I watched how another customer came in and asked her what all was on their menu and she spoke with attitude. The dude turned around and walked out. Black owned businesses have to do better with their customer service skills.

Idk how they stay in business & keep the lights on in this place with her attitude... I order through DoorDash the Food was salty and over cooked I called in to TY she told me to bring the food back and they will fix my problem when I got to the restaurant the owner was very rude and disrespectful in my face telling me nothing wrong with his food and he will not be giving me my money back as I was explained to them over and over what’s the problem the got angry and hostile towards me TY as a woman she sat there and allowed this over 6ft man get in my face about food I paid for and didn’t like and this what happen when you support black owned business not to forget I have no transportation I had to take public transportation to get there waste more money and time if you eat here you support man disrespecting women and a woman who comfortable with it

In my humble opinion, this has to be a must visit on any Miami itinerary. From the fried fish to the mouthwatering chicken, everything at Chef Yank is stellar. My favorite is the fried chicken wing special. The chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of crunch. Service is fast and the staff were very friendly. My food was prepared quickly, and accurately. If you're trying to get some well seasoned food this is the place to visit.
Today, I was in the area and decided to give Chef Yank a try. It did not disappoint. I was able to get a meal and drink for only $9 because of the lunch specials they do which I thought was a great deal. The food took a little while to be cooked, but this an be expected when everything is perfectly cooked to order. The lemonade I ordered was also some of the best I’ve had. From start to finish the service was great. I’ll definitely be ordering more from here to support this incredible small business
