Not a operator-owned location what can you expect. They played EDM rap music in lobby and never smiled once. Also they Don’t offer the rewards app, not a big deal. But they have tip screens listed, super tacky and no reason to tip. Food was super tasty and hot.

My Family and I visit Chick-fil-A yesterday on December 1, 2025 as we were paying there was a German roach walking on the counter where you pay we were so surprised! My whole family was in shock. The manager didn’t even come over to tell us nothing. All I wanted to do was to kill the roach and no apology. That’s super unprofessional and customer service is not very good as well as your manager.!!!!!
