I came here today to pickup my order & had the most unpleasant experience I ever received from any Chick-fila franchise. The gentleman working the pickup counter was extremely rude to the point our interaction ended in a rude verbal exchange of words due to him raising his voice at me over a misunderstanding HE had with MY order! I believe the gentleman's name was Pedro (older Hispanic gentleman). Prior to the exchange or words he was venting to a buddy on the side (I believe a customer) about how he was upset about something regarding his break. I guess I had to have been the first person he had interacted with after whatever break issue he had and relayed his attitude towards me. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Despite encountering a minor hiccup with confirming a catering order over the phone, the Sales & Growth Manager, Amy Bravo, went above and beyond to rectify the situation.Initially, I encountered difficulty reaching the location via phone to confirm the receipt of my catering order. However, upon explaining the issue to Amy, she immediately sprang into action. Not only did she ensure that my order was promptly confirmed, but she also took the time to address any concerns I had with genuine care and attentiveness.Amy's professionalism, helpfulness, and generosity truly stood out during my interaction with Chick-fil-A River Landing.
