I called the store 10 times to find out if they have mac&cheese for our 4 grilled chicken sandwich meals BEFORE ordering from Doordash, but the phone just rings and rings and rings and no body answers at the store on 122nd Ave SW 88th street. Guy & Albert gave us the greatest service I could’ve possibly gotten. Even though the line looks never ending It goes by pretty quickly. They have a lot of people outside taking orders. I did see that the fans outside are off and in our Miami weather I believe that is best for there to be fans running at all times because they do have them out here while it’s raining, while it’s hot so is best to always take care of your employees to make sure that they do their best job possible.

Long lines and 25 mins to get through the drive-thru . Quality is going downhill. The presentation of the food is disappointing. My pimento spicy chicken sandwich was over cooked, extremely soggy and cold bread and lacking pimento topping. Will try the restaurants in Homestead next.
If you’re not Hispanic then the employees will literally refuse to make eye contact with you and just help the people in line behind you while you’re waiting and they’re talking around you. Really disgusting behavior

This chick fil a never disappoints, I started coming here a year ago and ever since i come here every chance i get. The food here is so good,get your food fast even tho it’s always packed with people they still only take 5 minutes for 2 whole meals. The service there is great and i would definitely recommend it.Those 1 star reviews,don’t listen to them the food is great the service great that’s why it’s always so full it’s that good.
