Guy & Albert gave us the greatest service I could’ve possibly gotten. Even though the line looks never ending It goes by pretty quickly. They have a lot of people outside taking orders. I did see that the fans outside are off and in our Miami weather I believe that is best for there to be fans running at all times because they do have them out here while it’s raining, while it’s hot so is best to always take care of your employees to make sure that they do their best job possible.

Long lines and 25 mins to get through the drive-thru . Quality is going downhill. The presentation of the food is disappointing. My pimento spicy chicken sandwich was over cooked, extremely soggy and cold bread and lacking pimento topping. Will try the restaurants in Homestead next.

If you’re not Hispanic then the employees will literally refuse to make eye contact with you and just help the people in line behind you while you’re waiting and they’re talking around you. Really disgusting behavior

Chris the drive through guy was the best actually the greatest. He was exceptionally respectful and considerate. The best Chick Fil A experience we have ever had.
This chick fil a never disappoints, I started coming here a year ago and ever since i come here every chance i get. The food here is so good,get your food fast even tho it’s always packed with people they still only take 5 minutes for 2 whole meals. The service there is great and i would definitely recommend it.Those 1 star reviews,don’t listen to them the food is great the service great that’s why it’s always so full it’s that good.

Each time I visit this particular Chic-fil-A location, it's always pleasant, and the service is exceptional. Even when it's super busy, they seem to have control over the chaos. This location is by far my favorite!
Been coming to this place since they opened and it has been on a steady decline. I loved it when they first opened and got the full bells and whistles with service. You could tell the staff was the well trained wanted to be there and said “my pleasure”. As time progressed the service has downgraded and today the staff member at the drive thru didn’t even say anything as she was giving us the food. No “thank you”, no “my pleasure”. I live in homestead and make the drive to enjoy their food and receive the brand standard service. I hope this trend doesn’t transcend to the two new CFAs that will be opening in Homestead.
I'm sorry but having 12 people in the kitchen to be ready for rush hour and I'm waiting over 30 minutes for a sandwich is unacceptable, Macdonald takes this long and they only have 3 people in the kitchen
