I love Chick-fil-A, The food is definitely the best when it comes to fast food. I have never had a problem or had anything missing in my order which other fast food places are notorious for until today, Ordered a sandwich and a salad and the the dressing for the salad was missing when I arrived home. I was not going to go back since it's a nightmare to get in and out of that shopping center. I will continue going to Chick-fil-A but I will start checking my food/items.

I like chic fil a because of the good service and their stands on certain policies. I was help by some one names Lia today and I felt like she went so above and beyond and so very polite that I did not know what to say back, so my son complained her hair and she told me that she has to dye it back to a Natural color for work. I felt bad because that's something That makes her stand out a bit. I understand policies, but maybe let that slide.

Always have a great experience coming to this Chick-Fil-A. Never fails that all the employees are extremely nice and work fast! Even if there's a long line, expect to be served fairly quickly.

I hate that I am having to write this review but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I did an online order through the Chic fil-A app and went by the drive through to pick it up. When I received my bag everything seemed like it was all there, but then again the fries were covering the sandwiches. When I got home to distribute the food among my kids one of the sandwiches was missing AGAIN. This is the 3rd time this happens to me at this particular location.

Order through Uber eats and they just kept forgetting to complete my order. We were in communication with the Uber driver(s) and they were told the order wasn’t ready.I had to text to try to speak with someone and it took forever to get a response. When the did response there was a lot of attitude and blamed everything on Uber Eats.After 3 drivers and waiting over 30 min we had to cancel the order and go to the location in person. The manager confirmed our order was given to someone.I get mistakes happen, but you should be accountable and own a mistake and then fix it. Not blame others and put the burden on the customer.

I ate breakfast at this chick filet on Saturday. It was packed. People were cramped together waiting for Togo orders. Aside from the demand of Chick-fil-A , everything was good. The meal well priced and I liked the breakfast bowl. I ate the biscuit with a fork as I can't have gluten. Not sure if you an get the biscuit without the bread. Overall good

Went to Chick-fil-a for dinner with friends, service and staff was excellent, not wait at all, and food was good as usual.
Overall my experience was okay. They were missing an entire meal off my order and my friend who was with me was missing her Mac n cheese sides so we had to go back up and ask for them. The atmosphere is just overcrowded which is why I took a star off.Parking: The parking is a pain in the plaza, especially during busy hours. The parking lot is also compact and difficult to maneuver around.
