One lane of a two lane drive thru dedicated to the mobile app only is RIDICULOUS. The majority of your customers get to sit in a long line while the mobile app lane is empty 99% of the time. Your disregard for the majority of your customers is insulting.

The food and service has been going down hill for years and the Northampton VA location is the worst. Slow service and constantly forgetting items. Iโve had to go back a couple times for missing food items and drinks. They block you on FB if you say you donโt like an item or ask a question and some of the employees act like you arenโt worth their time.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and it was cold. They advised that they could not heat the soup up and further advised it would take at least 10 minutes to make new soup. Who wants cold soup? Why offer soup especially in the winter if you are going to serve it cold?

The chicken breast patty is almost 50% smaller than about a year ago or so, and for the same price or higher. The fries were served cold and were sitting around, not fresh. A similar number 800-CFA-2040 instead of 866-CFA-2040 that is printed on the receipts goes to a scam call center trying to get your banking information.

I have no respect for its hateful (โfamilyโ) values nor any of its nepo-baby billionaire CEOs (Dan Cathy, and now Andrew Cathy). Also, when I was a kid, they had a partnership w my school cafeteria to offer some products there, and I had a nasty, mealy, boney nugget that I will never forget. So gross. Friends and I went through a drive thru and I ordered the Southwest salad. Got back to work and found there was brown liquid at the bottom of the container. Obviously not edible. Called and wanted a refund and I was told I would get a call back. they never called. Called them again and the only thing they could do is offer a voucher. Of course, didn't even get that. Never did get lunch. What a garbage dump.

This location stated they were out of soup. Lunch just started at 1030. I arrived at 1050. Someone obviously did not prepare. This is not the type of service I expect from chick fila.
My fries were just bits and pieces of broken potatoe waffles I was given no Ketchup,they were cold and soogy,I was trying to tell the lady making my shake no whip cream she said WHAT!!! I said you know thats rude to answer like that, and the lady from the register told me to excuse her because she do not speak English and stated I should have told her no whip cream at the register, I said did you ask me first of all I didnt even know they put whip cream on the shake and now I must excuse someone for not speaking English at Miami Dade College Campus, well I said she should not be able to work here without speaking basic English. This angries me so much I lost my appetite these people get jobs and speak no English but Americans are not qualified for some jobs if you are not Bilingual, the place is hot inside and there is no place for you to sit while you wait on your order, you just have to stand up and wait.Miami Dade College Campus North will never go back
