i think miami has too many chickfila. i think we can get rid of this one first. it always smells like pee in here. reeeaks of peepee. makes me not hungry because of the smell of pee which would usually not be a big deal or anything its just such a strong smell of pee.

On February 20th around 1:40 p.m., I went through the drive-thru at the Chick-fil-A Kendall location and ordered chicken nuggets with fries and lemonade, along with a Southwestern salad with lemonade and dressing. I usually check my order before leaving, but this time I did not. After driving 30 minutes home, I realized the chicken nuggets were missing from the bag; which meant my son only had fries for lunch.
I immediately contacted Chick-fil-A Care and spoke with a representative who assured me the information was being forwarded to the Kendall location and that someone would contact me. Later, I received an email apologizing for the mistake and offering me a complimentary Chick-fil-A sauce. At that point, I felt the response was dismissive. I was not calling for free sauce; I was calling because part of my order was missing and my son did not receive his meal.
No manager called me that day. By 4:00 p.m., I followed up again requesting a call, and still no one reached out. On February 24th, I contacted Chick-fil-A Care once more and spoke with Anthony, who focused more on explaining internal processes and why no one had called (end of day Friday, weekend timing, etc.) rather than addressing the actual service failure.
Mistakes happen, I understand that. But customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Whether someone spends $5 or $100, follow-up and accountability matter. Not receiving a call back and being offered a sauce that can be purchased at any grocery store felt inadequate and below the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.
I hope this feedback encourages better follow-through and more meaningful resolutions for customers in the future.

With 3 people in line they take 8 min for a simple meal and let people fill the waiting area before getting any food out

Super bad service son súper tacaños they won’t give a fork because I didn’t order today when I usually order there, also the Indian or Arabic guy also got my order wrong and it was a whole mess to get a new sandwich don’t come here

I usually come here often but I received an undercooked sandwich and now I’m suffering with horrible symptoms of food poisoning. I have never had an issue up until today, I didn’t notice until I already had taken a bite and the meat was still mushy and undercooked.Their service is mediocre and the atmosphere is okay. Please be aware when you eat here.

The girl with the red hair at the cash register is nothing but a mean girl. I only asked for the sauce, she said I had to pay. That's fine but then tells me she can't cause they're low. Okay and thats not my problem, don't offer something then take it away.

CFA needs to get involved here.
1) can't order via CFA app. how does that make any sense?
2) can't use your points. does the sign not say CFA? why can't i use my points?
3) sandwith did not taste the same. it had a boiled chicken taste to it. i ordered a #1 combo, no pickle.
4) stingy with sauces. this isn't a McD's, stop acting like one.
5) mac-n-cheese was bland
6) soda tasted weird, like when they clean the machine or ice maker and didn't flush it completely.
CFA reps, get involved and fix this. Canteen can't run their own restaurants, much less run one to what a customer expects at CFA.
