Arrived around 2 pm and there was 2 people working. My fiance and I came here since my sister in law was raving about it. We shared a 5 piece meal. ( which I'm glad we didn't waste our money on 2 meals.) For sauce we got Nashville hot honey, garlic Parm, and buffalo. Our food was just sitting under the warmer so it wasn't made fresh. Chicken was mediocre. Not really worth the hype. Got 3 stars for the sauce.

I love Chicken Guy when it was new it was unbelievable. Now, out of love I have to say it has dropped to a 1 from a perfect 10.They lost the love !The employee part if the equation is unfortunate. They keep going down in quality of chicken tenders and fries every time I stop to charge my Tesla here at the Aventura Mall.I even asked tonight if, since I have plenty of time, I would wait for fresh tenders the lady in kitchen in Black said I just made these and pointed to the tenders and fries up in the window to the cashier.Oil needs changed everything taste like old burnt oil, the tenders were overdone a far cry from the huge juicy fresh hot tenders I fell in love with day one. Fries look liked all little broken nubletts from the bottom of the basket.Someone please help restore this Chicken guy to its previous glory.I believe that when done right this is the best concept available. But, like the avocado ranch sauce today its gone from fresh & green to brown and bitter. With love, your only as good as the last thing you served, good luck Chicken Guy….Next day, Thanks for the prompt next day reply, maybe one day I will check it out again to see if they have recovered the magic.

The food is pretty good, however customer service is horrible. The short Hispanic lady with red hair has the nastiest attitude and has no manners at all. I was very polite to her and that energy was not reciprocated at all. She didn’t even ask for the types of sauces I wanted and gave me random sauces when I told her the sauces I specifically wanted. This is not the first time she has had this behavior. The least she can do is to treat people the way she wants to be treated.

I looooove chicken guy. We'll drive about 45 minutes to Miami for it. Their chicken tenders and fries have some sort of different (almost sweet?) seasoning that's amazing. You get two sauces with a chicken tenders meal. There are like 30 to choose from; I've tried a bunch and almost all of them have been amazing, but I would definitely recommend the curry Mayo. First and foremost I just want to say I write reviews as a one star to grab your attention when a person in charge isn’t there and feedback needs to be given. Today I went to your location and your register girl needs work. I had never been there and instead of explaining or even suggesting an option for the chicken sandwich combo (I mentioned this was my first visit) she barked at me which one?! Not only did she continue to not help but she rudely went to the next person and took their order instead of helping me. She then again barked which one. I just went for a sandwich and she then served two people who came after me first. Then she finally gave me my food and didn’t include ketchup. I stood there for nearly 5 min trying to ask for a dipping sauce and she finally threw ketchup in my bag. I straight up told her if I acted like that I wouldn’t have a job in the service industry and my suggestion is you train this girl to have manners. That kind of repeated attitude problem is a profit loss drain. If you look at past reviews this is a repeated problem.

My Wife and I were excited to try Chicken Guy after watching Guy's Chance of a Lifetime. We were not disappointed! We both got the Bourbon Barbecue Chicken Sandwich combo. My wife got the Oreo shake and I got the strawberry shake. We should have ordered large shakes because they were so good, we wanted more. The flavors in the sandwich came together well. The chicken was nice and crispy. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. We didn't even need ketchup. The only disappointment was that it had to end. We will definitely be back!

I heard good things about Chicken Guy located in Disney World, so when I heard there was one somewhat closer in Aventura we decided to take the journey. Located in the amazing food court in Aventura Mall you will find it and hopefully with short lines. Chicken Guy is owned by famous foodie Guy Fieri, and it's famous for a very large selection of dipping sauces. I decided to order the Bourbon Brown chicken sandwich with French fries. The sandwich comes with tender pieces of chicken with amazing an brown sugar sauce. My only complaint is that the chicken tender by itself was a little bland, although chicken was very good quality. The French fries were a big surprise, with a touch of seasoning very tasty. The portions were very good and not expensive

Really...he has balls to put this crap on a menu....the worst dried out chicken I have ever put in my mouth. No wonder there are so many sauces....to give desert chicken much needed moisture and flavor...WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...HEY GUY YOU SHOULD START OUT WITH GOOD FOOD BEFORE YOU MARKET IS TO THE MASSES!...JUST SAYIN! I tried some of everything they had to offer...hell I am a fan of DDD but...Holly #$%% someone needs to own this embarrassing crap!

This is a painful one because we love Guy Fieri, and the first few times we ate and picked up food from this location of Chicken Guy everything was fantastic. However, the last two times we have placed orders we had issues. The first one was a couple weeks ago, we put an order through Doordash for Pickup since we were at the mall and waited almost an hour since it showed as still preparing. After so long we decided to go in and ask and they were like "oh its been ready" and tried to give us the food that had been sitting there for a while (mind you in Doordash it still was showing as preparing). We asked if they could redo it so they did. Problem solved. However, last night we placed a Uber Eats order for Delivery, it took over an hour and once the food got here we realized that most likely the driver was not notified -just like it happened last time to us picking up- that the food was ready and was sitting there. Not only was the food cold, and the fries and chicken soggy, but they gave us the wrong sauces and one of them was spoilt. They prepared one burger wrong too.For all the efforts that you made the contestants go through for the Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime, this location is inconsistent and doesn't reflect all the efforts you seem to put into your franchise/products on the show.

The Mexican Corn Salad with grilled chicken was very good. Customer service was excellent.

Guy Fieri's fast casual chicken spot with well seasoned and breaded chicken tenders, fries, creative dipping sauces, and chicken sandwiches. There are so many sauces on the menu - you can keep coming back and trying different ones. Also had a milkshake which was tasty!

Arguably one of my favorite places to grab a bite if I'm opting for fast food. You'll be satisfied if you manage to get past the long lines. Some of their options such as the chicken salads and the mac and cheese are okay, but the best option you can have are the chicken tenders and fries. They always come out fresh and hot, and are crispy and well seasoned. Combine those with any two sauces of your choice and that will make a great meal. Recommendations are the Garlic Parmesan sauce and the Honey Mustard sauce.

Not impressed at all. Long wait because there was only 1 cashier taking orders even though there was several other employee lingering around. Tenders have a weird texture. The Buffalo sauce taste more like a sweet and sour. I even took the sauce back just to confirm they gave me the correct sauce. The fries are just disgusting not sure what the seasoning is that they add but they should just stick with salt. Do not recommend.

We came as we were visiting Miami from Colorado because we started watching Guy’s show. We were quite disappointed and wished we could let the corporate management know. We went twice to make sure it wasn’t a one time thing. The shake we got did not have any mint in it and no whip cream or cookie topping. We were not greeted and even when we were ordering and asking questions it seemed we were interrupting their checking if their phones and talking to their coworkers. We are business owners ourselves so it is a bummer that it seemed the staff was able to do what they wanted. Also the Mac and cheese we ordered was very cold. The person taking our order stopped halfway to talk to a vendor instead of asking him to wait and finish serving us. Again very disappointed and made sure to go a couple of times to have a good out look.

1st time was 2 stars because the chicken was ok, nothing special. Wanted to try again and give them another chance. Both times the cashier was not helpful and rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I get it, it’s covid and it’s hard to find people but just show a tiny bit of effort. Again zero flavor on the chicken - how do you screw that up? Sauces are pretty bad too. Out of 6 sauces I’ve tried, nothing stood out to make my meal decent.
