Pretty much a typical fast food spot. Chicken sandwich was okay, probably not better than Popeyes, KFC, or even your typical Wendy's fried chicken sandwich, but not bad either. Fries were fresh and seasoned well. Mac and Cheese was bland, watery, and soupy. Place is very clean and bright. Service was okay, I stood at the register for at least 7 minutes before being greeted as a line built up behind me. The young lady who was supposed to be at the register was just kind of hanging out by herself in the kitchen and my subtle attempts at clearing my throat or mock coughing failed to get her attention. Finally a gentleman who also worked there pointed out to her that she had someone at the register and had a line. After that service was smooth. Food brought out quickly and the same gentleman stopped by to make sure everything was OK. While I couldn't see this place lasting long without the name recognition and star power of Guy Fieri behind it. It was overall a decent experience but not something I'd make a trip solely for.

I had such a great experience at Chicken Guy! in Dadeland Mall. The place is super clean, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You can tell the manager is on top of things because everything runs so smoothly. The food is awesome—I highly recommend trying the Classic chicken sandwich. Seriously, if you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

We visited the restaurant tonight. I just want to recognize the one employee who seems to be running the whole darn show. He was doing the best that he could. I was very tempted to just get up and help him. He was literally working the front and running back to the kitchen. The food was good. I would have loved to experience a more vibrant Guy restaurant. The element is there....they just need to hire more people. I watched everyone get frustrated.

Going on 30 mins, NO ONE in the place, still no food. 2 sandwiches, 1 w/fries 1w/fried pickles. But the runner is eating plenty at the window. Nice. Wish I could review the food, but it may never come. 27 mins. I had to get it from window. Pickles were a clump, not slices, a breaded greasy mess, I gave those back. Rough outing. Not a fan of this joint. Guy's managing partner is laying down on the job.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a shake on a Wednesday evening for pickup. The app estimated 10 minutes, but after 20, there were no updates. The restaurant was empty, and no one was at the counter. Finally, I got someone's attention. They said no shakes were available and they couldn't refund the cost. Only offered a soda - no apologies.
The restaurant was dirty, floor at the soda machine area was all wet. One of the two soda machines was broken. I waited another 10 minutes for my food. The service was terrible; no greetings, apologies, or thanks.
Avoid at all costs!
