Super unfortunate that this chicken kitchen is so close to my house and consistently gets orders wrong and gives half of what other chicken kitchens give for food. I ordered a deluxe small, Mexican small, and a large regular chop chop and large could have fit in the small container it was so empty. My deluxe didnt have any tomatoes or lettuce and I asked for skin and PAID for the add on for all three and legit got none. When I walked in to pick up - only customer in the place and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Never coming here again

This was exactly what I was in the mood for and the chicken teriyaki bowl hit the spot - and with the sweet chili sauce, even better! I was fairly disappointed that customizations weren't allowed at all. Ambience is pretty standard-fare, not worth writing more about it. The server did her job but Kenia the cashier was really exceptional - all the workers deserve a raise, especially her!

The food here is generally good. Because of the endless options for customizing your meal, it really feels prepared just for your tastes. The food tastes fresh and the restaurant looks clean and the atmosphere at this location is peaceful and quiet. There was an issue with my order this time as a non-consumable object in my dish. I brought it to the attention of the main office, but have not heard back yet. As this is an isolated incident and has not happened on prior visits. I still recommend this restaurant and location, as the food is good and reasonably priced.
