This was exactly what I was in the mood for and the chicken teriyaki bowl hit the spot - and with the sweet chili sauce, even better! I was fairly disappointed that customizations weren't allowed at all. Ambience is pretty standard-fare, not worth writing more about it. The server did her job but Kenia the cashier was really exceptional - all the workers deserve a raise, especially her!

The food here is generally good. Because of the endless options for customizing your meal, it really feels prepared just for your tastes. The food tastes fresh and the restaurant looks clean and the atmosphere at this location is peaceful and quiet. There was an issue with my order this time as a non-consumable object in my dish. I brought it to the attention of the main office, but have not heard back yet. As this is an isolated incident and has not happened on prior visits. I still recommend this restaurant and location, as the food is good and reasonably priced.

Service is unpleasant. Mold Growing on ceiling. Young lady preparing food in orange polo shirt was rude to me for asking basic questions. Then, tells me thats not how things are done at this location… speaking to me as if i have not been there before with a monumental chip on her shoulder. the 4 other employees doing nothing behind the counter were all engaged in a deep, loud, obnoxious and explicit conversation. Lets talk about the mold that has been festering in between kitchen and soda machine on the ceiling. I have been to this location before and I quickly remember why i do not waste money here. If the mold is not in the kitchen by some miracle, i can almost guarantee the air conditioning picking up the mold spores and spreading it around the entire store. There are very obvious signs mold is growing. The minute you open the door to enter you are smacked in the face with humidity, moisture and an unpleasant smell that is masked with all the cooking they do. Spare your family. Go to another chicken kitchen. I have already informed corporate.

Floor was wet and water pooled around a safety sign that was turned so that customers could not even see the warning. Employees made no effort to clean up the potential slip and fall risk. Which is a huge liability on your company. Please see attached photos. One would think putting a sign out to cover up a huge water puddle they would have done a better job cleaning it up..

Don't waiste your money! Its cheaper to make it at home. The quality of this place has gone down big time. I just went there for 2 large chop chops which is what I usually get for like $20 or so but this time around i payed almost $30. They lady didnt give us little bits chicken, rice is cold, she charged us $4 more for extra sauces, which we wouldn't have to buy them if they didn't water them down. Won't go back, they've lost me as a customer
