It’s usually busy especially for lunch. Staff is nice but the vegetables on this day did not look fresh and when asked for a little bit of skin I was told it was extra. To be honest every location wants to charge you extra for just about everything !! You ask for a little more sour cream for example that’s in a bottle and basically thinned out and they tend to put very little as if it was expensive and they want to charge you extra! You ask for more sauce than what they give you which is in a little container they say it’s extra!!!

Very disappointed. The food arrived cold and although I selected the chopped plantains option, the plantains were not chopped and looked very old. The rice was also mushy and wet, making the meal really unappetizing.

To make matters worse, I paid for guacamole and never received it. Overall, the food was very unsatisfying, especially for the price. Over $60 bucks for two plates of food. This experience was bad enough that I won’t be ordering from here again

If I could give this store a negative I definitely would give it a lot of negatives because the evening employees are very rude. Have no manners are always talking gossip and will give you a bowl without any chicken with all the chicken that they have thrown around. The last time I came, I received less than a third of chicken and all I had was rice and beans? Food was already cold. I decided to give it a second chance for convenience and I was completely disregarded when I came in. The guy looked at me looked away. Gave someone else free food and by the time it was my turn, someone else came in and he just started talking to him instead! did not care to say anything but as I was walking out, he was saying goodbye goodbye and I just don’t understand what’s the point of working somewhere where the main goal is to service people and you really don’t care. From the other comments, it’s clear that the manager can care less.

Horrible location. Drove out of the way to get this on the way home from the gym and they we out of lg bowls. As usual they run out of supplies because of terrible management. They refused to give me 2 smalls in place of 1 lg. They were trying to put my hot food in this thin clear plastic container used for salad and not for hot foods. If you care about good customer service, do your self a favor and drive somewhere else. They also are sneaky and took off the menu where the chicken said no hormones or antibiotics so they are using cheaper meat while steadily increasing prices.

One employee in the front and she's rude talking in Spanish thinking I don't know what she said and she is very slow. The food was already ice cold when I came to pick it up.

You're better off going somewhere else. Well below Average. A whole bunch of average ingredients slopped into a bowl. Chicken was dry, sauces were meh, ran out of sweet plaintains, the beef is nowhere near the photos. It was clean though.

One of my favorite places to have lunch. Love their bowls! The manager is so nice and always in a good mood. I’ve seen other customers come in who are simply arrogant and treat the employees awful, so I believe those negative reviews must come from them. I have always felt management handles those rude customers properly and respectfully while I’ve been there.

A rude woman who treats customers poorly. I don't understand how the owners allow their business to be tarnished like this for no reason. The workers don't leave out of pleasure. I hope management takes action someday. I won't return to the store until there's better treatment.

UNACCEPTABLE !
Place needs to be closed for health inspection The food is undercooked I had to have them remake my bowl because the chicken had blood dripping from the inside and the edges of the chicken was pink and clear. The soda machine has flies all over it. They don’t clean the tables of when someone else has finished eating. I told the darkskin cook that serving under cooked food like this can cause serious health issues and he just laughed and apologized. They are cooking the chicken at low heat that way they don’t have to monitor the meat as it won’t occupy their time.
FLYS EVERYWHERE for this to be a newer location it is highly under health code. I toss the bowl half way through eating out of disgust

Went there twice. Both times the service SUCKED and the food was OVERPRICED since The sour cream was wattered down and the pico de gallo was not fresh.
Never mind. Im not hungry ANYMORE.
The people that works there are no happy working there.
Cero costumer skills.
They act like hostages of their own reality. My message to them: look for another job that u kind of enjoy a bit better.

A Plus Recommends

Rated one-star because this location doesn't allow for any parking in the only lot available to access the restaurant. Will never return and do not recommend! If you are a legitimate customer of a business connected to the lot, you should be able to park there as long as you are patronizing the business. End of. Go someplace else. Their location on the beach has parking. Just horrible.

I used to go to Chicken Kitchen for lunch all the time. However, recently, the entire business area changed their previously, free parking to a private parking solution company, called Vanguard Parking Solutions, unrelated to any service utilized in the surrounding area. Failure to utilize their entirely separate application resulted in a $69.55 penalty. I will never go to this area again. Not to Chicken Kitchen. Tell ownership of your block that they have choked off your ability to attract repeat customers.

Parking: El motivo por el cual me tomo tiempo de escribir es porque quiero que las personas sepan que yo como cliente no vuelvo a ir a chicken kitchen noviembre 17 2024 a las 2:37 pm yo fui al restaurante y no tenían frijoles para la bazzooka y aparte de eso me enviaron un pago de parqueo por $ 69.55.me parece algo absurdo porque si yo voy a un restaurante a comprar comida no es justo que me pongan un ticket.espero los manager del restaurante presten la debida atención a este comentario.
