I have not been to a Chicken Kitchen in over 10 years and from reading the menu it was not clear to me that toppings are NOT included in the teriyaki chicken. So I paid $10 for literally chicken and rice, and a half of a pita bread. The chicken was ok but can't believe they charge extra for lettuce and tomato. The customizability of the toppings bar seems to be a whole highlight of this place.

I have been ordering from here since they opened and their service has deteriorated greatly. They never seem to send enough sauces, even though you pay for them. And they have stopped finely chopping the chicken, which is one of the options that my kids enjoy. When I called to complain, the co-leader explained to me that the “manager has told them” that they don’t have to finely chop when they are busy because it is a service that the customer is not paying for. Well, I am paying for the food. So, that is simply wrong. Bad customer service. I hope that the ownership reads this so that they know how their management team is behaving and communicating with customers.
