We stopped in while visiting Miami. LOVED our food. We had the Bazooka Chicken and the flavors were all amazing. Despite ordering a small, my husband and I elected to share the small instead of him ordering an additional meal. The portion was HUGE and easily fed us both. I would compare them to the Chipotle style restaurant, but a hometown feel full of flavor.

asked for a large chop chop. The lady didn't know what I meant she puts only chicken in a bowl and then when I asked for rice I got attitude and no food in my bowl. Asked for skin they had the smallest amount and was charged extra when I asked for more chicken or skin they said no. I ordered a large and got half a scoop of chicken. Then she tossed the food at the guy to ring me out. Guy was rude didn’t acknowledge me just told me the total and walked away. Horrible experience.

The opening hours for this chicken kitchen are not accurate. We waited on a Saturday which on their website it says they open at 10:30 am on a Saturday for them to open trying to get something to eat before heading out of town and they where not open . Workers were ignoring our party as well as a delivery driver and several other guests who were all very confused as to why they advertise being open at 10:30 am on Saturday's at that location if that was not the case.

I walked into this place expecting a simple, decent meal but got treated like I was the problem before I even got my food. From the start, the older lady and the cashier with the big chin gave me nothing but hostile stares—mugging me hard like I was some kind of inconvenience.

Then, after waiting, I got the wrong order. When I pointed it out, the cashier just shrugged like she didn’t care, despite clearly not speaking much English. How is someone like that handling orders in a busy U.S. store? That’s beyond careless.

I asked for curry sauce (one out of hundreds available), and the cashier acted like I was speaking a different language. It was so frustrating I almost lost it.

To top it all off, I overheard the two of them mumbling about me, and as I left, their judgmental, hateful stares followed me across the street. It was clear they resented having to work there and took it out on customers.

Look, all I wanted was my correct order and basic respect. Instead, I got poor service, rude behavior, and what felt like outright hostility. This isn’t how a business should treat its customers.
Absolute trash all I wanted was my right order.
