Got my order wrong twice. I uber ordered a lettuce base with onion tomato and cucumber. I got chicken and rice. I drive the order back to the store and show them the food and receipt. They apologize and give me another rice base with lettuce tomato onion and cucumber.

This has to be one of the most uncomfortable times at Chicken kitchen. The manager was rude (Kenia) yelling and screaming. She did not speak English, and asked me to yell and employee Jalen. Super uncomfortable situation for me and customers next to me. She kept it up for 10 mins making him feel embarrassed. While I was eatting in with my family she made other customers do it aswell. She is not manager material and it’s a shame for Jalen this happened on 8/29/2025 8:30 PM. Extremely embarrassing and workplace hostility.

I just had an amazing experience at Chicken Kitchen! I called just five minutes before closing, and to my delight, Kenia answered the phone. She was incredibly helpful and cheerful, assuring me that they could still take my order. I was thrilled when they made me a Cuban chop chop so quickly, and Kenia greeted me with a huge smile when I arrived to pick it up. The staff was super sweet and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The food was fantastic too! I highly recommend Chicken Kitchen for their delicious offerings and outstanding service. Thank you, Kenia, for making my night so special!

I’ve been coming to Chicken Kitchen for nearly 20 years, back to when they were in the plaza near Publix. Last night I was reminded why I still come here. The team is always friendly and the food is excellent. There was a time when people actually didn’t ask for skin on the chicken and I could get all I wanted, but it seems like times have changed. Every place needs to adjust with the times!

I was able to enjoy sitting and talking with my family because the music is low and the place is very clean. Hope to be back soon!

We have been coming to this Chicken Kitchen since they were at their old location where Dice is at now. We would eat here at least 3 times a week. As of today I can say we are never coming back. The service is terrible. Find another chicken kitchen and avoid this one at all cost.

The breast chicken was salty but juicy.

I stopped by Chicken Kitchen at night and had a great experience thanks to the lady working the counter. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to get such good service late at night, and she really made the visit enjoyable. Big shoutout to her—great energy and customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back!
