I’ve also never had a problem here. When I was making my order, I messed up and I felt really bad and I said I’m sorry. And I asked if she could redo this lady with blond hair, gave me the most attitude, disgust rude look I have ever had. I know it was my fault but she didn’t have to be so rude about it. If she wasn’t so rude, I would’ve just kept it like that. Also, there was no other customers there.

BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE.Tastes like normal food without processed ingredients or tons of salt. So Chipotle seasons and marinates everything with processed chemicals.Chiken kitchen doesnt do this and still has the same great original taste, sauces, and bowls as when they first opened.They used to be in the plaza where wendy’s is next door on Jose Conseco drive. Glad to see they’re still open. Ive been going to this original location since 2003 when I was a FIU student, and have always stopped in whenever on vacation.I used to use my FIU faculty ID for the teacher/student discount.Thank you so much. Many many good memories with friends and coworkers here after a long day of work. Youre the best!

The service was horrible. The blonde lady cutting the chicken and serving the food on Thursday was super disrespectful. She has a mad face like if she doesn’t want to be there, she does everything with anger, she doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, and she had a lot of attitude. One thing I won’t understand is how they give you 4 humongous scoops of rice but 2 half scoops of beans, barely any lettuce, barely tomato, barely cheese for a large chop chop. I’m not coming back to this location especially after I told her and showed her that the pita bread she gave me was in horrible condition and half of what I normally get. She said that’s the way they get cut and there’s nothing she can do. I paid over $15 for a plate and she can’t give me a decent (normal) sized pita bread? It’s not my fault the person who cut it, does not know how to cut. She’s making chicken kitchen lose business, especially when she gossips with her coworker in Spanish in front of customers. This place is disappointing and not worth spending your money here. On top of that, they don’t give you a receipt for your purchase. I shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt, it should automatically be given to me after any purchase just the same way money gets automatically deducted when I purchase. Go anywhere else.

Go to 3 chefs and a chicken instead on bird. They give too little chicken and rice here for the amount they charge. The quality of the food isnt great either. Chicken has been cold multiple times. They barely give you any side sauce as well. Sometimes no pita as well. Idk who’s managing this place, but they are definitely trying to take advantage of students in the area. There is also other better places to eat in the area. Publix alone has better food and its cheap

We ordered from them thru Uber today and asked for garlic cilantro sauce as me and my husband use it, he puts it in the rice and i in my salad.Well we didn't get any i had stopped eating at any chicken kitchen as i find that the salad is way to pricey as i dont eat the rice.I called the the person that answered the phone said they didn't have any. Do we were stuck with with food that we didn't eat as the chicken was hard and burned to a crisp.

I just wanna inform everybody that when you physically go out there to that location. And you talk to them, they do a great job. But unfortunately if you do any type of online ordering. They absolutely suck, And they suck. I mean small amount amount of food. It doesn’t even fill up half the bowl. There is about seven pieces of chicken, the rice is almost existing and I can’t even see the cheese in the bowl. If you want to go there it’s fine. But I definitely don’t recommend if your gonna do and online order.
