Don't go to the restaurant located at 9067 SW 107th Ave Miami FL 33176. They have zero customer service, also they mixing the sauces with water and want to charge for everything. I don't know if they changed owners but the service and food are terrible. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT, BETTER OPTIONS AROUND.

Would give negative stars if I could. This is the worst location and will never order from them again. Rude employees that dont care about anything. Never will get what you pay for. Call and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they hang up. Joke of a business. Cant even make chicken and rice bows. Hope the franchise owner goes broke. They deserve it with the crap they sling out the door. Zero standards or SOPs

Definitely the worst Chicken Kitchen I’ve ever been to. They charge an extra .99 cents for the chicken skin and cheddar cheese is somehow $1.79.
Not sure why they’re charging for a part of the chicken, but it just seems like a crappy way to make an extra buck.
Avoid this one and go somewhere else.

In addition to consistently charging more than other places, they now require an extra fee if you want the chicken skin included in your meal, even though the chicken and skin typically come together. Now, they separate it and charge you extra for the skin if you want it in your meal, which is absurd. They always seem to find a way to impose extra charges, but only at this location.The

Prices are out of control was charged $20 for a while chicken breast but when you look at the menu on Google it's a completely different price like the chicken breast family meal is 19.99 for 2 pounds of chicken breast and 2 large side but when you get to the store it is $32.99. This place is a lie and a rip off for some dried out chicken.
Not only do I love the food but so does my 5 year old. The employees are very patient with him as he likes to be independent and tell them himself what he wants in his bowl. Always a great experience at this location
It is incredible how there is two ladies that work behind the counter that have been working there for years and all they do is treat employees bad and they are always on their phone fighting . They are both blond they even look alike / maybe they are related / I don’t even know if that is the management team at this location but it is very uncomfortable for a customer to go and order food and all they are doing is fighting on the phone talking bad words and all . I speak Spanish it is a disgrace !

The bowls that they have are good and comes with a decent amount of food. The chicken is tasty, and you can ask them to add some of the skin as extra tasty chunks in the bowl. You also a other toppings like beans, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and more to really elevate the bowl. I would say the best thing about the bowls is their yellow curry sauce. You use to be able to serve the sauce yourself, but unfortunately they took the sauce self serve station off. There is a gentleman that works there often. He always has a positive attitude, and welcomes everyone. When I get his name, I'll be sure to give him a shout out!
