I just recently arrived to Miami for vacation the service here was excellent as well as the food, the staff were amazing and i will defenitely be coming back and spread the word of this delicious food!

The little bit of chicken they give you is good tasting but yes, they charge extra for the skin of the chicken. How ridiculous! The lady manager has an unfriendly attitude from the moment you start ordering.

I used to be a fan of chicken kitchen. NOT THIS ONE!!! THEY CHARGE YOU JUST FOR TAKING YOUR ORDER. THE WORST FOOD EVER. THE CHICKEN HAD NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER, I GOT THE ORIGINAL WITH NO RICE, INSTEAD ASKED FOR TOMATOES, THE FIRST THING OUT OF THE ATTENDANT EXTRA CHARGE, WHATEVER, ORIGINAL SAUCE AND CILANTRO SAUCE NO FLAVOR. ATTENDANTS EXTREMELY RUDE, ON CELL PHONES AND CELLPHONE WITH SPEAKER ON. THEN ATTEDANDS ARGUING AMONGST EACH OTHER. CUSTOMERS ON CELLPHONE WITH SPEAKERS ON FULL BLAST. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER EXPECTED THAT FROM CHICKEN KITCHEN. RECOMMEND NEVER GOING THERE. I KNOW I WON'T.

I just want to share my experience today and the Chicken kitchen on 107th and Kendall. I love Chicken kitchen, but this store in particular I always have the same issue. There mustard curry sauce pours out of the container like water. It is obviously watered down. All the other chicken kitchens have the same delicious sauce that we've come to love. Is it really worth saving a few dollars watering down one of your signature sauces?! Very disappointing!

Been regular customer for years. No more. They won't give you a decent size paper cup for water. How cheap can you be. They ladies sit in the back and talk.They really appear to hate their jobs. Was waited on by the cook who is a wonderful caring person. Your lucky to have him working for you.

Giving 2 stars because honestly I expected better I work in customer service and been in the food industry for 5 years and no matter what generation it is I always try my best to treat people the same. I came in there were 2 ladies talking saw me didn’t say welcome till about 2 minutes after when they stopped talking. Once I went to go order I made a special request asked for extra chicken and skin and asked to have the lettuce and tomato on the side and she forgot because she was busy having a conversation with someone else mind you it was empty I was the only one there for a solid 10 minutes she apologized and said she just forgets a lot. Idk I think it was unprofessional considering how expensive it’s gotten and they all get ignorant with you.. food was okay didn’t taste fresh. I expect better also please make sure to seal up ur curry sauces correctly.. went from a 2 star to a 1

Chicken Kitchen is always on point! The chicken is super fresh and perfectly grilled every time. The Chop-Chop bowls are loaded with flavor and healthy ingredients, and the staff is always friendly and fast. Clean place, great portions, and consistent quality — one of my favorite lunch spots in town!
This was my favorite place to come with my family for about 20 years. Max is amazing and always has an amazing attitude. But since this new manager started taking control of dealing with customers it’s become one of our least favorite places to go, and today really proved to be the nail in the coffin for me. The manager was serving the food. I noticed the lettuce was wilted and yellow and asked for the fresh lettuce next to it. When we went to pay we noticed that she charged extra for what I guess is their premium lettuce? Because I didn’t want yellow wilted lettuce? Then after they added more fresh lettuce to the bin told me, look, see, it’s not wilted. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to look at her behavior because she is going to cause you to lose a lot more business than just me.

Don't go to the restaurant located at 9067 SW 107th Ave Miami FL 33176. They have zero customer service, also they mixing the sauces with water and want to charge for everything. I don't know if they changed owners but the service and food are terrible. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT, BETTER OPTIONS AROUND.

Would give negative stars if I could. This is the worst location and will never order from them again. Rude employees that dont care about anything. Never will get what you pay for. Call and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they hang up. Joke of a business. Cant even make chicken and rice bows. Hope the franchise owner goes broke. They deserve it with the crap they sling out the door. Zero standards or SOPs
