Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to.. consistently the food is terrible or the order is wrong .

Food and service was great however the restroom was dirty and vomit clogged the main sink. Also, the balcony area had a horrible smell similar to dirty mop water or a dirty rag every time the door opened it was so bad our seats had to be changed but it still hit us regardless. There is definitely some work to be done.

Ordered as takeout during a weekend in Miami. If you've been to a Chili's before, this will likely be a similar experience. Ordered via app, picked up on time, packaged well. Located upstairs at the Bayside marketplace.

Chili’s at Bayfront is pretty much what you’d expect—a reliable spot for casual dining with a great view. The location is definitely a win, especially if you grab a seat outside and enjoy the waterfront vibes. The food is consistent with the classic Chili’s menu: good burgers, solid fajitas, and of course, those addictive chips and salsa.

Service can be a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes it’s quick and friendly, other times it feels like they forgot you existed—but hey, at least you’ve got the view to keep you entertained. Prices are reasonable, especially for the area, and it’s a solid spot if you’re just looking for a familiar, no-fuss meal after walking around Bayfront.

Overall, it’s not mind-blowing, but it gets the job done. Good food, decent service, and a nice spot to relax with friends or family.

Attention to all locals and everyone that's trying to consider this place as a option for a quick meal. Please save yourselves a portion of time and choose another place!

Ericka (the one server who attend out table) was a complete outrageous rude individual with lack of manners and horrible service skills. We got ignored for the entire time we were dinning. I highly suggest corporate to take an individual action towards this individual

I had a terrible experience at Chili’s in Bayside Miami. The service was absolutely unacceptable. My group and I waited at our table for over 20 minutes without anyone attending to us. When we politely asked a waitress if someone could take our order, she responded in a shockingly rude manner. Instead of addressing the situation, she made us feel unwelcome and completely disregarded our request for basic service.

It’s disappointing to visit a well-known chain like Chili’s and encounter such disrespectful and inattentive staff. Needless to say, we left without ordering and will not be returning. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
