We had a party of 12 at Chili’s and Lalo was absolutely amazing! He was fast, attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of the entire time. Handling a group our size isn’t easy, but he did it effortlessly and with a great attitude. We really appreciated his service, definitely made our experience even better.

Cruise visit from UK , lucky find for us food fresh,hot and very tasty and the service fast friendly and very efficient. Couldn't fault them.

The food was what you would expect from any Chili’s, but the cleanliness of this location was far below acceptable. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with vomit on the walls, unclean stalls, and slippery floors. Even the cloth used to wipe the tables smelled like it had not been washed in a long time.

Ordered the viral Mozzarella Sticks. Super fun to eat/play with food as an adult. We split the order amongst 2 people, and ended up with heartburn later in the evening.

It's still fun to give it a try, but be warned your body probably isn't used to the fried to cheese ratio that this dish provides.

The food and drinks were amazing , restaurant was clean.. However, my server could have been a LOT more attentive, the food runner Tika checked on us more than our server. We waited at the host stand for about 7 minutes before being greeted, the staff did smile at us though while they kept walking past us. If I return , I’d prefer Tika as my server!!! She’s great

I have been here numerous times and each time was different. Out of the 5xs I went here, 2 days ago was the best overall. From the entrance we were seated quickly, and that's with a few tables ahead of us. We were placed on the patio as was asked, and the view never disappoints. The server arrived promptly, a young male I forgot to grab his name, but he was attentive, patient and polite. They gave me an experience that I always expected and I will surely be back.

My husband and boys had a bad experience with an employee in the men's restroom at your Bayside Miami location last week before a Miami Heat game. We frequent this restaurant before games and this is the first issue we've encountered. My husband took our teen boys to the restroom and one of our sons was standing outside the stall waiting. The employee came out of the stall and starting questioning my 14 year old son why was he standing outside of the stall (it is a small bathroom, where is he supposed to stand?). My husband intervened because he wasn't going to let our son be spoken to that way. Your employee continued to berate my Puertorican husband, criticizing his accent and his English (the employee didn't seem to know proper English himself). My husband speaks 4 languages. My husband spoke to your manager but we aren't sure what the outcome was. The employee seemed to work in your kitchen. He was not wearing a name tag, but he had a Chili's shirt on. He was thin in stature and he went immediately to hide in the kitchen. I would like a prompt reply and remedy to this what seems to be a possibly racist situation and very aggressive behavior toward a minor. We frequent Maimi Heat games and often this restaurant but will from now on choose to spend our money elsewhere. I attempted to contact your corporate office and have not received a reply. Our servers have been great, so I'm sorry they have to lose business for an employee with obvious anger issues.

The food was great, the cocktails and beer was amazing. The service was even better. I loved the views and had a great time with my girlfriend. We will be back next time we are in Miami.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE EVER HAD. We went today march 3rd for our date night and we had a terrible experience from start to finish our server jay made us feel so uncomfortable he took our order 15 minutes after we were seated and then when we finally got to order i didnt get my soup until 45 minutes we had already finished our main meal later when we finally finished and paid we gave him a 3$ tip which he didnt even deserve he deserves nothing and to be fired i was finishing my chips and dip when I asked him for the container to go the meal I got contained 3 dips which means he would bring me 3 dips cups and the container for the chips he only brought me 2 when I asked for another one he complained and said while he walked away from us he only gave me 3$ for a tip he meaning my husband super super disrespectful I have never heard such disrespectful words come out of a waiters mouth even at the worst restaurants ive gone to its completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior how he treated his customers we paid for our food and even gave him a tip and he still couldnt even do his job it was his fault for bringing 2 dip cups to go when theres 3 dips in the meal you cant get mad at me and my husband and complain about your tip when you dont know how to do your job me and my husband both work in customer service jobs and we know what it is to give a customer hospitality and actual care about there needs not to earn a reward behind it but to make the customer happy chilis do better and fire this man jay wont survive in this industry with his terrible attitude and ignorant ego. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY CHILI'S LOCATION AFTER JAYS TERRIBLE SERVICE.
