Chili's Grill & Bar

The waiter was super kind and respectful, made the whole experience. The food was cold and mediocre for the price. Our chicken strips were cold and more like chicken nuggets. The quesadilla came out with cheese and shell but almost no meat. The Mac and cheese was like it had been out all day microwaved then sat for another hour. Drinks were cold, the view was great, the staff was nice and the place was clean. Just overall cold food with no substance.

Sorry, did not get a picture of our food. Wife & I split a burger, and we each got chips & salsa. Ate here late (8p) on a Friday night. The place was busy, but we got a table right away on the outside patio.

We had to change table, because our original table was to wobbly to sit. ( please fix this table). Several others were sat at the same table and moved or left, because the table was too bad.

The food was good and the night view of the harbor was good.

I would go here again. We were staying in downtown Miami for a cruise the next day. After a long day traveling, it felt food to relax here and have Margaritas.

Never have I ever gotten this bad of a service. The food was bought out one by one. And on top of that, I ordered my food 35 minutes ago and she wants to bring me the end of a scrape of the mac & cheese. I had to remind her about my Margarita because she didn’t bring it to me. And my sister‘s burger was raw . Horrible service.

DISAPPOINTED! Service was EXTREMELY SLOW. Place wasn't even busy. The server just didn't seem to care about any of the guests. Multiple people complaining.

Will definitely not go back.

Jaay was really sweet to my son who has autism. I thought Jaays demeanor went past customer service and came from a genuinely good heart. Service was fast and everything was good. Thank you Jaay for brightening up a sad night .. my husband gets surgery tomorrow and we are stressed out but you took our minds off of the stress and made it a good night ❤️

Came for Veteran's Day thinking I was in any other Chili's like in Continental America, definitely mistaken. Called ahead, Google'd, and asked in person once seated to see what Chili's does to show appreciation for Veterans and was treated rudely when I pointed out to the waiter that he didn't comp one of the entrees. Especially during a Government shutdown on Veteran's day, felt very let down. Won't be coming back.

Placed an over the phone order and when I got there they lost my order and had to remake it. I ordered a 3 for me 6 oz sirloin medium rare and it came well done, ordered a cup of chicken enchilada soup with no tortilla strips and they put them inside my soup, ordered Texas cheese fries and there was barley any cheese on them. As a team member from another restaurant I’ve never been so disappointed in a chilis restaurant before until this location. My chilis would never.

Came with my boyfriend last night and sat outside. Our server (don’t know her name, but she reminded me of Amaya Papaya from love island🤩🤩🤩) was so sweet. We told her we were going to a Heat game and she made sure everything came out so quick. Our food was delivered by an employee (I think his name might’ve been Johnny) who also had a very friendly professional attitude. Food was yummy. We loved our quick stop here🥰

Service was horrible. Our server was Charlee and barely checked in, no refills on drinks, had to ask other servers for things when that’s supposed to be his job. Then when manager was told about the issue he then proceeded to be rude to us at our table. He also demanded a tip from the table in front of us when they didn’t leave one stating “tip isn’t included” and coercing them to give him a tip.

Very poor experience due to the lack of management at this chilis location. First off the floors are very greasy and slippery. We chose to sit at the bar and the bartender was very rude at first and felt bothered by us sitting down at the bar. It took her 15 minutes to take our beverage order and she had to come back to us a second time before she forgot what beverages we ordered which were a draft Heineken and a vodka soda. My beef fajitas came out sizzling and as a double potion when I did not order double and the sassy food runner just left me sitting there with sizzling fajitas and no sides to create an actual fajita. We also order chicken crispers as we were not sharing and they came out 30 minutes after my sizzling fajitas that had no side. By the time it took Tito the manger to bring me the sides for the fajitas I had already eaten the beef and the remaining was cold. Further more Tito tried to gaslight me with lettuce. He is very unprofessional and has lack of management skills. He then proceeded to place blame on the bartender for the food coming out in the manor it did. Turns out the bartender was all alone and had no help for the bar and service well, as a manager you step up for your team and assist, you do not let your restaurant go up in flames and your staff helpless. Very poor management at this location is the reason we will not return.

Jenn , the manager is great! She was very pleasant and attentive. Nice location by the water and view of downtown.

Food is fine but dang is the music way too loud.
