you know I don’t really write on places but this place in particular was my last straw.When we got sat it was really good service then it all started going downhill from there.The utensils DIRTY with food residue? on each one not just one.gave us a dirty plate noticed and took it back thank god.Food came gave us one wrong plate came back 5 minutes later saying that she was mistaken then tried charging us twice for the same plate!!!!!!!!!I got the triple dipper everything was okay then came to the sliders meat was RAW.Then I looked at my friends sliders and his was perfectly cooked then the server named maria was staring to see if we were tipping I gave a 0$ tip bc almost everything was bad then she has the AUDACITY to roll her eyes and sigh very loudly then proceeds to ask us if we are embarrassed overall if I could give negative stars I would. don’t recommend.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but I am sick and tired of having to either get in an incorrect order or have missing items when I order food to pick up. On my recent order from 3/7/26, I got white cheddar mac & cheese instead of mash potatoes and the skillet beef queso instead of the Southwestern queso. It is always the same group of female employees who mess up the orders. Please do better on checking orders and be more respectful to your customers.

Tried the $10.99 “3 for Me” deal at Chili’s (burger, fries, soda, chips & salsa). For the price, you do get a lot of food. The chips and salsa were fresh and they bring a pretty big portion. The fries were good too.
The burger, though, was just average. I almost gave it 4 stars because of the value, but honestly there are better burgers for just a few more bucks.
One thing to watch out for: the tablets on the tables. If you play the games, they charge you. The server said you have to click twice to acknowledge it, but I didn’t realize I was agreeing to a charge. I stopped playing anyway because the tablet was kind of sticky. Just be aware so you don’t get surprised on the bill.

The bartender, a disgusting woman in her 30s was very impolite, , rude, careless, discriminated against who did not seem to have any respect for her job. If I were the manager I would fire her because she does not seem suitable for that type of job. She did even know that the first thing to in a restaurant is to place the silverware and be nice to the customers.. Definitively, I am not coming back, horrible service, and very expensive for what you eat.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Chili’s. We checked in, gave our phone number, and were told the wait would be around 10 minutes. We patiently waited — but after more than 35 minutes, we saw at least four couples who arrived after us being seated before we were.When we went to ask what was happening, another host told us our number wasn’t even on the list! No apology, no accountability — just a suggestion to add our name again and wait another 25 minutes. That’s outrageous.We wasted our time and felt completely ignored. The staff showed zero care or respect for customers. This kind of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable — and it ruined our night. Definitely not coming back.
