Review update: Chili’s— I filled out the FAQ form last week and haven’t received a response. I received a confirmation chilis received my form, but no response.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s— And I’ve had some pretty bad experiences here over the years. I was brought a cup with lipstick still on it (they got me a new cup once I brought it to their attention). Then, my “smash burger” was just a regular burger. When I bit into it, I felt something weird and realized they cooked a piece of plastic into it. I ended up with the most terrible stomachache ever.
When you use your Chili’s account, you get free chips and salsa with your purchase. However, I was told that my purchases didn’t qualify (I got a 3 for me and two beverages). The Wicked drink we ordered also didn’t come as advertised. My bill was over $40, and knowing that I could’ve gone to a decent restaurant without eating plastic or someone else’s lipstick for that money was disappointing.
I reached out to Chili’s through their website last week and did not receive a response.
I don’t recommend this location.

Chilis is usually a 5/5 stars for me, but yesterday me and my girlfriend went to go enjoy some delicious food, and we were heavily disappointed. We appreciate our waiter giving us free chips and salsa, she was the nicest waitress I’ve met. First critique, their “star of the appetizers” Mozzarella Sticks (6 piece, half original and half Nashville). The cheese was undercooked in the middle and possibly a little cold. Last critique their old timer burger, which my girlfriend ordered was not great at all where she didn’t even want to finish it. It was made up after with the Molten Lava cake, which saved our entire experience. Overall, disappointed chilis up your game.

Danny is by far the best bartender at the counter. Everytime I come to Miami this Chili's Is A MUST! Danny always meets customer expectations and it's the very best bartender server in Chili's for years. And one of the reasons I keep coming back.

We visit Chili’s quite often but had never been to this location before — and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve had so far. We usually enjoy Chili’s food and atmosphere, but this restaurant felt noticeably different. The women’s restroom was very dirty, with a pile of paper towels so large that they were scattered across the floor. The service was also below average. We ordered two dishes (one each), but one of them never arrived. We ended up sharing the only dish that came, finished it, and were ready to leave before the second one was ever brought out. The staff did apologize, removed it from the check, and offered to pack it to go, but since it was a salad containing warm ingredients, it wouldn’t have been suitable to eat the next day. I would have appreciated a more thoughtful gesture, such as a complimentary drink or dessert. Even the drink I ordered was noticeably less full than usual. The Chili’s in Sweetwater is nearby and it’s so much better in every way.

Best service ever with the beautiful cuban girl Yusney who loves the cafecito cubano la llave. I had the new entree chicken nachos and they were amazing, please don't take them out of the menu.
