I love this place, but the food quality and taste has gone down bad also, the service is amazing. The waiters are amazing but one thing clean your establishment. There’s so much dust when you sit people on the booth by the TVs. It’s so dusty and the TVs are dirty as well

Bad experienceToday Sunday 07/04/2024 at 8:00 PM, I went with my family to eat and the service was terrible from the waitress, the food was super delayed and when it arrived it was cold, she never went to the table to suggest a dish , nor did he offer desserts. The manager was called to let him know. Many dirty tables, they went to clean and threw all the waste on the floor. I do not recommend this place, very bad service, horrible.

I had come to this location before and left 5 starts. Now im editing my past review because coming back here has been completely disappointing and different from the first time. When i sat the waitress made me switch tables 3 times and even already ordering she kept asking to switch tables and at that point i was just hungry i didn’t care where to sit I just don’t want to keep moving. Food here is always great. I absolutely love the secret sauce burger and their corn cob is fire! Food wise i do recommend this place very much and i love almost everything in their menu and i like their deals. Drinks were a different story, the drinks were so bad we had to leave them , Bloody Mary was bordering disgusting and it was not worth the price. I also ordered a margarita that was pure ice and i get that margaritas here are cheap but is not a hard drink to make im not asking for a good tequila just a tastable one , if you need to make the glass shorter do it but please don’t sell ice. I do recommend this place to eat. I don’t recommend this place to drink. Ambiance was on point with the right vibes and there wasn’t a wait line which is common for this business Im leaving 2 starts because there’s no classification for drinks. Visited this DORAL location on 3/12 /24 at 17:00. We ordered the promotion 3 for ME, whis is( 1-choose your drink , 2-choose appetizer, 3- choose entry)- So we chose the House Salad with Bluecheese Dressing as the appetizer ( DRESSING DID- NOT taste AT-ALL as Bluecheese)- As Entry, we ordered the Oldtimer Hamburger with Cheese & Fries. ( ONCE IT ARRIVED THE FRIES WERE COLD and STALE...After waiving for waitress attention, she called the Manager MIKE.....- After Listening to our comments, MIKE decided to remove from the Bill one of the Hamburgers. Reflecting on the RECEIPT ( Officer Discount & Other)-MIKE WAS REALLY UNHELPFUL AND UNCARING. Don't know HOW his the Manager.- STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHILI'S, GO next door to FLANIGAN'S
