The food always hits. But I just love the atmosphere here. You can't not have a good time at chili's! I especially love when they have special margaritas, like the Wicked ones! I always look forward to a chilis date with friends where we share a triple dipper and sip on margaritas.

I went to this Chilis for a girls night.
The service was impecable. The food was amazing. The price was unbeatable.
We had chips, margaritas, soup, entrees, and a dessert for all under $100 for three girls. Anyone who lives in Miami knows how expensive it is to eat and drink here.
Our server was phenomenal, very attentive always made sure the margs and chips were flowing. I wish I remembered our servers name but the margaritas were strong.
We will be back, this is the best place for a girls night.

By far the worst experience I've had at chili's. And I been ging to chili's since the 2010s but today has been one of the worst experiences I've had at this establishment. We got sat and it took 25 minutes for a server to come to the table then when she gets to the table doesn't even Introduce her self just told me and my family my server had to leave so now she has to serve us like she was bothered she had to do her job. We order oir food and drinks all drinks get tocthe table except mine even though it was the first drink I said. I politely asked her about my drink and more straws still waited another 15 minutes for a diet coke when the diet coke gets there the cup is so FILTHY I can scrape the scum off the cup I ask for another drink cause the cup is dirty she literally poured the same exact diet coke from one dirty cup to another cup that was even more dirty. Food came out extremely cold like if it was sitting in the window the entire 40 minutes we had to wait for our food. Customer service was completely trash. Something needs to be done about this.

I hadn’t visited a Chili’s in a while, and I stopped by today. Unfortunately, the restaurant was noticeably dusty, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw that but my husband stopped me from walking away.
On the positive side, the server was top-notch, very attentive, and the food was good with great portions.
I’m not sure if I’ll be returning, but I hope they address the cleanliness issues because the service and food were otherwise.

Chili’s Grill & Bar was overall a good time, but our experience had a few bumps. We came in as a big party, and while the staff was friendly and the food tasted great once it arrived, there were definitely delays and mix-ups. Some of our meals came out late, some were forgotten completely, and when it came time to pay, the checks weren’t separated correctly. A few of us ended up being overcharged for items we didn’t order. Even with the hiccups, the atmosphere was nice, the staff tried their best, and the food that did make it to the table was solid. It wasn’t awful, but the organization definitely could’ve been smoother, especially for larger groups.

The waitress took too long to let us know that 4 different drink options were not available. Later during our stay, they asked us to physically move our table over to fit a bigger party in the designated space. The host decided to “help” by invading my friend’s personal space by literally hugging her to move the table over. That was absolutely not necessary.
