The carry out attendant was extremely rude. She was young, had piercings, dark curly hair and small glasses. Didn’t include my whole order, tried to charge me extra when I pointed it out, unapologetic for not including extra marinara, and gave me the wrong sauce. The food was cold after all of that. I’ll be visiting other locations from now on.

Seems like they are getting worse in customer service. Obviously this effects thw food. Ultimately effect tge whole experience! What exactly am I supposed to be getting for being a rewards members?
Parking: No one monitors the to go spaces nor tge disabled spaces.

The first time we went the food was wayyy below average, now we tried again and they had us wait outside on my girlfriends birthday for 40 minutes and told us that we would be seated at the latest after 40 minutes. Then after we asked they told us they were no longer seating anyone and told us it would be another 30 minute wait. We left and got fast-food. We will not be returning.

Well, first of all, I am located at Chili's in Miami, the service is terrible, they make you wait a long time and it is true that they are busy, but they do not treat you in an adequate way, the food is very delicious, but they should work on their times, They didn't give us the nachos and they didn't attend to our order until after 10 minutes.

I got there and sat myself ( there was no host) 5 minutes later the host (with attitude) scolded me and told me to sit somewhere else and someone will take care of me. No one did. So Ai walked out. The new personnel of servers and hosts I'd a huge downgrade from a year ago. Made me feel not welcome.
Insane. Order took 45 min. Counted 6 employees in the back on their phones, hitting dab pens. Two in the bathroom not working either. Never in my life have I had worse service.

Go early, the restaurant gets full quickly! I was dissappointed that they did not have the queso/beans dip with chips, like they used to.

We were there and told the waiter we had 1 hour and 45 min to eat. An hour later the appetizers came and they were chips and salsa and mozzarella sticks. 40 minutes later, the food still had not gotten there. We kept having to go chase the waiter and ask him to bring to go boxes in order for us to take the food to go. The waiter said that the fries took look! Really the fries??? Terrible terrible! But I must say that the host was great, friendly, attentive and told us we would have to wait 25-40 min and we were seated in 30 minutes.
