Chilis is really doing God’s work with their 3 for Me Deal. For like $11 you get a drink, bottomless chips and salsa, and a big homestyle burger with fries at a clean sit down restaurant with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere! You cannot beat it in 2025.
There is no point in going to McDonalds or any other fast food restaurant for basically the same price.

Me and my family just came to eat lunch after hitting up Zoo Miami. Our server Harold was one of the best I have ever had he made our experience amazing. I love coming to chilis but he was just very attentive, polite, kind even while have like 5 different tables one of the like a 15 top. Thank you very much. Food was amazing fresh and delicious.

I very disappointed with my food the manager told me he can’t make me happy by making my food right so I left very disappointed I will never eat there again I just don’t like certain stuff when it comes too my food I like my food hot n good please don’t go there the sever was good n whatever it’s just the manger

From our perspective, this is easily the worst location of what has become a terrible franchise, the food and drinks were unacceptable the last two time we dined here. Despite this restaurant being only a 3-4 minute drive, I will never willingly eat here, nor at Chili's again.

While doing some last-minute Christmas shopping, a stop for a snack and a drink seemed like a good idea. Chili's next to the Miami Zoo was a great choice as it turned out. The bartender Rachel took great care of us. She never let our cups get empty and checked in with us frequently. It's definitely worth another stop if I'm ever in that area again.

I had the pleasure of being served by Brandon during my visit to Chili’s, and I have to say, he made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, Brandon was attentive, friendly, and professional. He greeted us with a warm smile and ensured our drinks would arrive promptly.
What stood out the most was his attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs without us having to ask. He checked in regularly, but not so often that it interrupted our meal.
His positive energy and genuine enthusiasm made the evening even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Brandon takes pride in his work, and it truly elevates the dining experience. I’ll definitely be back with my boyfriend, and I hope to be seated in his section again. Highly recommend asking for Brandon if you visit Chili’s. You won’t be disappointed!

My partner and I recently ordered from It's Just Wings, not realizing it was affiliated with the Chili's location we visited. Upon arrival, we were told to order online and then got directed to the host stand to be seated. We were greeted by a host and a manager, who I found to be quite unprofessional. The manager informed us that we needed to purchase additional items from Chili's in order to dine in, despite our existing order from It's Just Wings. This ultimatum made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to this experience, we will not be returning.
