This place is one of the best ice cream shops iv been to, they were so nice to me and my friends. Also, everything in the store was extremely clean. The ice cream was so amazing and the experience of it being made right in-front of you is special. I will 100% be returning in the future.

A great place, I really liked the theme and their products looked very fresh, I saw a lot of cleaning and their work team was very kind to my children, they loved it, and they have many options which is what I liked the most
I ordered oat milk and coffee ice cream with captain crunch. I then asked to add cinnamon.
The ice cream came out with a bitter taste, plus too much cinnamon. It was missing the sweet part of an ice cream. I asked to exchange and was told no. I understand you do not change it, but at lease offer a half credit. It was a nasty taste and I had to throw away $9. It is not about the money as much as it is caring for your customer. I chose the combination and I have my part on it, but the amount of coffee and cinnamon which took over the sweetness could be controlled by the employee who then said no. I have been a fan of chill n on Pinecrest for a long time and my first try bar was not great.
My favorite ice cream for the longest time was an old dairy queen flavor that I had as a toddler. The ice cream I had from here completely out shined that ice cream by a mile. This place is not lieing when they claim to be far smoother than traditional ice cream. I got a tart yogurt base with ube flavoring and I'm planning on buying a quart the next time I visit.
