I moved from NYC and I was accustomed to having lunch at the best restaurants in Chinatown. So naturally I was disappointed when I moved to Miami. Until I found China Express. This is the only Chinese restaurant in Miami that is as good as the finest restaurants in Chinatown's Manhattan.
