Disappointed with the service I’ve been a regular customer here, visiting 2–3 times a month. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience. One of my orders was incorrect, so I called to explain the issue and asked if I could receive a credit or store credit for next time.
The manager told me the only option was to come back the same day and return the incorrect order if I wanted the right meal. When I asked about customer service and food handling policies, he showed no concern at all. His attitude was dismissive and lacked any professionalism or basic customer service skills.
Very sad to be treated this way by a place I used to enjoy and support regularly.

Ordered takeout, they got the lo mein and instead they gave us fried rice. We called to get a refund for the error and they told us to bring back the fried rice.. we let them know that we had already touched the rice, if they really needed us to bring it back to get a refund. They said doesn’t matter we touched it to bring it back or no refund. We say okay, can we bring the rice back tomorrow then since you should be throwing the rice away anyway? He said no because then they can’t resell it, it’s too late… with young kids it’s hard to leave the house again, we ask since it’s their error if they can deliver and he said his driver is not going to deliver it to us. Bring the rice and get the lo mein or refund in person only. We were at an empass and ended up just hanging up. The guy was rude, and clearly this place has no standards as they were ready to repackage our rice! #sanitary

We ordered take out for 4. The fried rice was tasteless and had no egg, chicken, bean sprouts or green onions! The chicken and beef lomein tasted horribly and the chicken wings were burned! The only average-tasting food were the crab rangoons. To top all this up we spent almost $100. Do yourself a favor and avoid eating the food at this restaurant.

This is not Chinese, it’s American Chinese. Secondly, the American Chinese food was terrible. The wings were overcooked and with oil that had probably not been changed in years, the special fried rice did not have bean sprouts, egg, green onion or chicken. The lo mein tasted like nothing.
