This place is trash the service the food
Went for the Halloween special they had and they barely wanted to uphold it when it came to paying even though we verified with the employee before ordering.
Food had no taste quesadilla was small and greasy.

How do have a customer walk in and not a single greeting? I stand there for 5 entire minutes, have multiple employees make direct eye contact, and nothing? You get what you pay for but my God! Do better

I have been coming to this chipotle for years. Never have I felt so embarrassed for an employee as I did today. The manager WILLY publicly humiliated an employee because of ‘too much meat’ given in my bowl. It was so out of proportion I had to intervene, and even after doing so, he continued to belittle the employee saying “he doesn’t pay your rent” referring to me. I got a bowl with barbacoa, 1 scoop of meat, which may have ‘looked’ generous because of the rice and beans underneath (which I had gotten extra of). I’m grateful for these guys working hard, but that was a shameful display of character, specifically from WILLY. The guy who served me is a good guy and did NOTHING wrong. I had to step in and stand up for him because WILLY is the manager (unfortunately).

We used to order Chipotle from this store two to three times a month. We started receiving our orders with one or two wrong things over the past few months. In the past two months, the two time we ordered our orders have been way off. The sticker says black beans (which we ordered), we received pinto beans. We ordered fresh salsa, we got medium tomatillo sauce.

Want a little sweat with your steak ( see photo) . The management and employees do not practice safe food handling practices. They probably don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom. Shared video with Chipotle and no response.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle. The staff was terribly unfriendly and rude, making the visit unpleasant from the start. Even the manager, Michael, was dismissive instead of helpful, and rather than trying to de-escalate the situation, he made it worse. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will never return.

Workers aren't trained properly and also, they only speak Spanish. I had an issue with my order but both the cashier and manager couldn't speak english to communicate.

Easily the worst chipotle I've ever been to in my
life. Sadly, I live right next to it so it's a convenience thing for me. This is the first time I went in over 4 months because this location in specific only gives you rice with minimal protein… not even a half of scoop of protein. This place is easily the worst run chipotle in my life… they have 8+ workers working but yet are they working? The food was cold and all of the condiments remained practically empty. I just bit into my burrito and it consists of rice and only rice which is sad… not a good representation of the chipotle brand at all and if I were the most executives of the company I would seriously look into this location because it is atrocious.Never going back and I don't recommend anyone to go back to that location… pathetic.

Yesterday August 22 I went to chipotle and the person serving me not only had terrible attitude but the portions were even worse. I go to this chipotle nearly every single day and everyday the service gets worse. Please pay your employees more and train the better. I got half a scoop of rice and nothing of chicken, on top of that the food was cold and tasted bad. If I ask for more then I get charge for extra… today August 23 I went again and the service was better but my food had a HAIR. Please do better when hiring people, I’ve never seen worst costumer service. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD.

It's funny how from time to time you crave a flavor profile you are familiar with. Please your carnitas was extremely bland and lacked of seasoning. The rest was ok but for someone that comes here just for one item and gets disappointment is over.
