Upon entering the establishment, I encountered a cashier who was exceptionally rude in their demeanor. At first, I was so impressed how slow the business was we all know rush-hour for lunch I am a loyal chipotle customer and this location on 37th Ave. SW. 22nd St. was the worst experience ever starting with the customer service. They’re not organized. The place was filthy so Dirty and to top things off, I had to eat my whole meal with a tea that I did not even like because MANAGEMENT was so poor. It was so upsetting for myself that I could not even finish my meal very rude very extremely unprofessional and every employee was lacking training just 15 minutes of my diamond. The manager could not get that machine started just the overall was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a please. Someone do something about this management and this specific restaurant management is horrible. I give it a zero negative -0 EVERYTHING Honestly, I feel like I just gave my money away. I will never eat there not even if you paid me too.

Went here an hour before closing and the place was absolutely filthy with scraps of food at every table. The restaurant was out of white rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, forks, and lemonade. I bought a soda and every one was out of syrup. I have never seen a restaurant this filthy and completely lacking in ingredients. Absolutely terrible.

We usually love Chipotle in Coral Gables but this time the place was a pigsty, garbage overflowing from the trash, the tables were filthy, etc. Weirdly, they were out of tortillas, chips and some of the softdrinks. Perhaps the manager was out sick...

I'm a fan of Chipotle but I've visited this place for the first time and it's the last, everything was dirty, there are no cutlery or napkins, not even the bathroom. There is no good attention. It seems that it lacks management.

The food was good but the place was disgusting, the tables were dirty, all of them me and my boyfriend couldn’t sit because all of the tables were so dirty. The food station was DISGUSTING it had food all over the place the most disgusting thing I ever seen in a food place, and it’s not the first time people complain about this because there’s more reviews about how dirty the place is but they just don’t care.
Placed an order from this store through a third party delivery service for a salad bowl with double chicken for my protein. When I received my order, the bowl was barely full, it looked like only a tablespoon of each item had been added. I had more lettuce stems than actual lettuce as my “salad”, and some of the very few pieces of chicken that they added (did not receive the double portion that I paid for) were RAW. A couple lettuce stems as part of my salad I can probably ignore, but not raw chicken. If there is anything that employees need to cook thoroughly and be more careful about is the proteins.

This the worst Chipotle. It needs to be shut down and the staff all retrained. The salsa is inconsistent. The place is always messy. There are always a lot of people standing around doing nothing while tables sit dirty. They constantly run out product which really comes down to poor planning and not understanding their supply and demand. Out of steak and rice at 6:30pm during dinner - absurd.

On April 3rd, at 4:45, I was given a rude awakening, A server there by the name Aymara was very disrespectful. Was complaining when I asked kindly for a water cup. Proceeded to roll her eyes and ignore me and she started to pack my bag with all my food in it. Slid my bag on the other side of counter, resulting in me having to catch it before my food hit the ground. Overall, very unprofessional and will definitely not be giving service to this Chipotle again. Had to wait five minutes after for someone else to give my cup so I can have a drink with my food.

This is unbelievable honestly - this restaurant always forgets part of the order for delivery. This time they just packed an empty cup! Were they expecting the delivery driver to know to tear open my order bag and fill the drink himself?? Also - I ordered a drink that comes in a bottle I believe. Very poor customer service. It’s too bad this is my closest Chipotle
