The rice was uncooked....hard as crazy...

They were out of chicken at 12:30 during lunch time….

When I asked if I could substitute another meat for the same cost because the chicken on the grill was still raw I was told no. They also did not mention how long would be until the chicken would be ready.

The lunch rush happens at the same time every day….

Ended up having to pay an additional price because of the limited protein options provided. The girl assisting was very unhelpful.

Gave two stars because the meat I was forced to get was actually pretty good. Just really bad customer service.

They served me the food like a dog, how unpleasant. I imagine this is how they treat her at home, she will know who is not the way to treat the client. What a bad experience

HORRIBLE service!!!! VERY RUDE!!!! RACISTS!!!As soon as I walked in there was a nasty smell that made me sick to my stomach!!!Me and my daughter were choosing our toppings and the white lady putting the toppings closed the bowl as we were telling her what we wanted before we could even finish!! And when we said we weren’t done the other lady next to her said” we already closed the bowl”!! They were giving us nasty looks and clearly didn’t want to serve us, because I wear a hijab.The people before us took their sweet time and were treated with more respect.NEVER coming back here again!! I should have left the bowls and walked out!!!

My Beauty Spa

How do you serve food at a place where the first thing that hits you in the face is the smell of feces that comes out of the bathrooms when you open the door?!! This is my local Chipotle and every time I go there is always the same smell when you open the doors, hoping it has changed. But today I almost vomited from the smell.

On top of it all, food is always bad somehow; the rice is never well cooked, there’s always raw pieces in it.

Worst Chipotle, I recommend going to the one near Miracle Mile.

I'm fine with employees being bilingual. It is inappropriate to have employees who speak no English in a restaurant. The language barrier and/or improper training also resulted in incorrect portion sizes. This store has several issues that corporate needs to correct.

Ordered a Smoked Brisket bowl and the protein portion was exremely poor, 5 tiny pieces of meat and when I ask the team member to add a little bit mote, the answer as "That will be an extra". I thoguht that after the social media showing they were stingy, things were different but I guess I was wrong giving them a chance another chance.
