I came today 01/17/2026 at 9:30 pm and they close at 11pm they had nothing on the shelf to offer all they had was chicken. And the girl serving the food was so hostile and rude that I almost walk out but I was so hungry that I just didn’t care. They had pico and sour cream that it. Worse chipotle I ever been in my intire life.

The food is expensive and everything was spicy when no one ordered anything spicy. The bowls came with less food then before and they had no lids for the drinks. The ROI of coming here no longer makes it worth the hassle.

Coming here for a couple years now. Most professional Chipotle in the city. Staff are the best(even if you can see they are having a bad day they will put on a smile when they turn to you or reluctantly offer extra dressing when they didnt have to). The food is consistant and MOST IMPORTANT the portions are legit.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was honestly terrible. The food quality was unacceptable. The sour cream looked spoiled and had an off texture, almost like it was starting to go rotten. The corn was sitting in a puddle of water and tasted bland and soggy instead of fresh. Overall, the entire meal looked and felt poorly prepared and unappetizing.
For the price Chipotle charges, I expect at least fresh ingredients and properly handled food. Very disappointed with this order — won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Coming from a chipotle enthusiast this is by far my favorite spot in the neighborhood. Compared to the other 7 locations within 3 miles from me, none of them compare. Employees are always doing a great job. Place is spotless every time I go. (2x a week). The food quality is there. For someone who eats chipotle at least every single week and have been to many different locations. I promise you I’ve never went out of my way to write a good review, but this place deserves it, especially seeing such low rating. Whoever the manager is keep up the great work & know that you’re killing it. This place deserves an average of 4.5 stars minimum.
