I was here ordering and picking up food yesterday around 8 ish. There was only around 4 people in front of me and I had to wait longer than normal, so I was a bit tired and hungry of course but I still was ok about it bc I know its later evening and they are probably also tired. Anyway, when I came up to the cashier I thought he said something else than he actually said so I looked at him and said “what did you say?” He then raises his voice and screams it out “ any chips or soda for you today?” I was just in shock, I have never picked up food before and had the staff screaming in my face just bc I didn’t hear what he said. This guy was young, probably the youngest there, small and dark hair, he needs to learn some costumer service, I was absolutely not rude in anyway to him, I just stood there waiting for my food and to pay.
I’m writing this bc I think the manager should have a talk to him so he doesn’t do that again to another costumer.

Portion size just doesn’t justify the price. 2 people, 2 bowls, $39.85!!! Asking for extra meat is just not worthy as employees seem afraid to give customer a full scoop of chicken.

I went to order some food at this location today, 9/1/24 around 1:30 PM. I’ve had good experiences here before but as soon as I walked in, I slipped and fell and scraped my left knee. The yellow cones are right at the entrance of the door but the floor was way too wet. I’m still in some pain but luckily I didn’t break anything from what I can tell. None of the staff members asked me if I was okay or offered to help me up. The customers eating there couldn’t care less but it’s Miami so it’s expected. The manager didn’t even come out to apologize, what if an elderly person got hurt? Safety needs to be prioritized. I’m not coming back to this location.

If you like to actually eat Protein in your meals just stay away, Chipotle chains as a whole is just on the Decline. My last bowl purchased here i could count the pieces of chicken that they served me, absolutely ridiculous and when i confronted the server about it she said more chicken is an extra charge. Double protein was still not enough how much money do i have to pay for a chicken bowl with chicken in it!? $20?

Sometimes I hear about successful companies going bankrupt or closing down and i wonder how. Now I know! The food is just not good anymore. The last 5/6 times I have had Chipotle it has been extremely underwhelming not only at just this location but every other one as well. Got a quesadilla today because the last two bowls i had from this particular location weren’t good. The chicken was not seasoned at all. Literally flavorless. The rice was undercooked and hard. The quality and the taste is just not there anymore. I need to go on a year or two hiatus from all chipotle’s because I am only wasting my money at this point.

I’ve always came to this location and had great experiences, from the food to the service it has always been spectacular. Today on a Monday 7/15/2024, I came at 2:40 p.m and had a really bad experience. First off, I always get the same thing and always pay the same amount of money. But today I paid about 10 dollars more and I was charged for my side of queso, when I never get charged for it. When I asked the cashier about it, she (Dianelys) gave me attitude instead of trying to be professional about it and helping me solve the issue, she basically blamed the other employees for charging me incorrectly. I think the manager should re train these young people on how to solve these types of issues instead of resorting to their nasty attitudes. I will not come back because of this.

I went to pick up my food this afternoon, and the person at the front register was extremely rude. When we mentioned that our order was missing an item, he responded very rudely and told us to call the manager on Monday. The customer service was very bad, and the food was not well-made. I do not recommend this place.

Probably the best staffed chipotle I've been to. They are quick, diligent and I have not seen any teenager tantrums like at other locations.
