The food was great, as expected from buying from this brand for years, however the young blackhaired girl behind the counter looked as if I'd stepped on her last nerve and would rather be somewhere else. At the Panera, next door, my son got a smile and 'enjoy your meal' with his order, free of charge no less, so I went back for a drink.

I work nearby this location and order often online for pick-up, usually outside of lunch rush hours but occasionally during. On average, my orders are only correct maybe 50% of the time, and even though I place orders for online pick-up, I always have to wait for a staff member to attend to me because they don't use the pick-up windows, or they purposefully turn the labels toward the kitchen so you can't effectively use the grab and go option. I've resorted to ordering...

I recently tried the Chipotle Chicken Burrito, and it absolutely hit the spot! The chicken was perfectly grilled with that signature smoky flavor, juicy and tender in every bite.
