I went today with my wife ordered carnitas . Host Isnayana, excellent person kind friendly she oriented us about spice or no food. I would like recommend her to other level in customer services and also recommend this place clean organized and of course Isnayana!!

Ryan and Doreen are amazing human beings and run the nicest chipotle in Miami!! Go to them if there is any chipotle you decide! Could not recommend them more the most accommodating staff I have been around. Helped me out in many ways love them!!!

This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The rice was hard, clumped together, and clearly overcooked, something that should have been obvious to anyone preparing or serving the food. What makes it more frustrating is that I ordered two of the same meals online to pick up during my lunch break. By the time I got back to work and discovered the issue, I couldn’t leave to return the food, so I was stuck with two meals I couldn’t even enjoy.
It’s disappointing because I normally look forward to Chipotle for a quick, reliable meal. At this location, however, the quality control was completely lacking. The staff seemed very young, and while that in itself isn’t a problem, it was clear that more training and stronger supervision are needed to maintain the standards people expect from Chipotle.
I really hope management addresses this, because no customer should have to waste money and time on food that shouldn’t have been served in the first place.

hate coming here staffs always rude and the food is disgusting grill guy coughing and sweating over all the food and reusing the super dirty cutting board and the barbacoa was all dried up and nasty. bland all food had almost no seasoning...

The manager Doreen that does not speak Spanish must be miserable the way she treats and speaks to customers and her staff(which i feel horrible for them having to experience a manager like this) is truly disturbing. My friends and i have had multiple issues as well as many other reviewers that i have read. Its truly sad and disappointing to be disrespected and witness the mistreatment from a so called general manager while going to get lunch. Based on all these reviews dating back 2 3 years I'm surprised she still has a job I'm extremely surprised chipotle would allow this. It is truly sick and disturbing. Stay away if you don't speak good English save your self the disrespect and go to CANTINA GRILL which is way better and the staff is friendly and do not discriminate. Not to mention that chipotle is disgusting and super dirty witnessed a ton of health code violations while i was there.

I am a regular at this franchise. The fact that restaurant doesn’t offer a first responder discount when every other location does is crazy. I should’ve known from the jump. I proceeded to ask for extra shredded cheese on my bowl and they tried charging me an additional $1.75 for “extra” cheese lol. never have a I been charged for anything extra other than meat and guacamole.

Very dry service, was told there were no chips twice and other People that came in behind us got chips I asked again and was told they were out. My nephew went a few minutes later and he got chips.
