As of December 24, 2024. This location doesn’t season the food anymore. No salt on chips either.

One of the most hardworking, dedicated locations. They try their hardest to go above and beyond with their work. I have nothing but the highest respect for this crew. 10 out of 10
I went to this location for the 1st time and was welcomed with broken rice equipment and a lady at the front serving food without welcoming customers. Her only words were “what do you want?”
The way she served the food clearly indicated that she was either bothered at work, not a people person or going through something that clearly should have kept her home.
Food was as expected.

I ordered a salad and the portion of the vinaigrette doesn't even fill the sauce cup a quarter of the way

This chipotle and all of their employees are disappointing. They are always out of an ingredient. Whether it’s the tomatoes, the veggies, the Guac, and most importantly the steak. I can never get the bowl that I want. As an employee or manager, and you see that an item is about to start running low, wouldn’t it be logical to already start making more? So you’re always in supply of all of your ingredients?? I don’t even want to hear “you don’t know what it’s like to work in culinary or hospitality” because that’s literally what I do, and it’s my job to make sure that we are in stalk of all ingredients and to do things in a timely manner, in my kitchen. The work ethic of these employees is sad and disgusting in my opinion. They treat their customers with no respect, and have an attitude when you’re disappointed in them for not having an item. And on today’s list of Chipotle’s disappointments, it was not having the most basic thing for your bowl… rice. I hope you guys read this and take a moment to reflect.

I always come here but today coincidentally the pico de gallo ran out on the hot table but there was in the online ordering table I asked please if they could give it on the other side for my bolw and the answer was NO it runs out here and I literally asked to talk with whom a certain Dani was in front and his response was silence because he didn't even answer me anything, literally I come here all the time and I have never felt so badly treated or ignored 😡
Time 8:19pm
Slow service at the line, food items not in stock / filled up, rice as undercooked and hard, tables were dirty.
I travel for work it’s really hard to be this bad at a franchise as dominant as this one. Other Chipotle’s are not like this.

I went here at 8:43pm and waited in a long line for them to have barely enough rice for one bowl and barely any protein. We asked if they would be making more because we were willing to wait and the lady said wouldnt be making any more and that there was nothing they could do about it while giving us mega attitude. We left to the Chipotle on 88th street where they actually treat their customers right. How are you going to be open till 11pm, have 3 hours left being open and not make any more food for customers? It makes no sense and it really shows the lack of professionalism you guys have.

Short lady running the counter refused to help her team , was rude to customers, had customers standing around waiting on food when it was serting behind her ready. Argued with a man over what he ordered in front of people. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Arrived after doing a mobile order. I showed up a minute before the time my order was supposed to be ready by. I asked about my order and I was told it wasn’t started yet. As I wait, half the front employees were just socializing and barely working. The one doing the mobile orders, supposedly “the boss”, was taking his sweet time doing orders. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I couldn’t just gone in and gotten my food within 5 minutes tops if I just walked in and order my food. Terrible service when it comes to mobile orders. Never again

The food quality from this place is HORRIBLE! I don’t even know how this location is still in business! The last 3 orders I’ve placed have all been wrong. My most recent order today my barbacoa was burnt, cold and stale! Imagine paying extra money for protein that’s old and disgusting! So disappointed! DONT ORDER FROM HERE. save your money as there are other options for burritos and bowls in the area!

This is poorly managed chipotle location. I was over charged, they were out of rice so I had to replace it for sofritas. I noticed they charged me extra sofritas and extra chicken even though I ordered a single portion of each. When went to talk with the manager she raised her voice creating an embarrassing scene that the complete store heard. This management needs to understand customers pay the salary. I left feeling insulated and overcharged.

I waited in line with 8 people in front of me in the middle of the day only to be told they were out of chicken. I was told they could serve me the veggies instead. Last time I was there I was told the same thing. Nobody was cooking anything either. It’s almost like they just want you to order whatever they feel like cooking or what’s left. Totally terrible customer service.

They charge for extra tomatoes and sour cream. Other chipotle don’t charge that.
