3 stars because they did not have chicken al pastor and veggies on a Friday evening around 8 pm. Clearly poor management and anticipation of the kitchen response for this type of service that is suppose to have these choices ready to serve.

It was a wonderful experience to see how the employees strive to give the best customer service and the cooks give everything to have your food ready because even if you don't believe it, being in their shoes is something complicated... I give it a 100 because I am worker of this place and they don't know everything we do every day to give the best of ourselves to you, our clients, with the help of Melissa Bravo and Doreen... ???

Food is ok, although overcooked and typically lack some ingredients. The food station could be cleaner. I never dine in but the sitting area always looks dirty at the times I go to order and pick up; usually night time. Servers are nice, but don’t look too enthusiastic. Be sure to check your receipt though, it’s already been a couple of times I’ve been charged something in error.
