Really badly run. They don't care about the staff, and it's evident in how the service works out. Staff overworked, underpaid and badly set up.

This is too disappointing to be honest, I placed an order on Doordash for a burrito and a burrito bowl, the first order went well but the burrito bowl... Nothing to see, I ordered it without rice and they still added it and the most annoying thing The thing is that they didn't add the beans or the tortilla, well I hope they improve on that part, thank you.

Food was so tasty and nice! My first time trying chipotle and it was amazing. The staff were smiling and so friendly and service was so fast, and cheap price so the amount of food! Best food ever!

Customer services was good one lady look in a good vibe . But the food wise I always go to the one in Brickell and is great but this location don’t feeling the bowl and I made the same order every time I go to chipotle. Definitely in food wise mmm is a NO.

Got a veggie bowl which comes with free guacamole. Which i asked for on the side,This petty manager lady tells me it's charged double if she fills it up and the serving is half for the veggie bowl. First ever time I've heard of this. Sounded like she made it up on the spot. I also got a side of queso and for sure, she made sure it was only half full. After paying and leaving I also discovered that this was the worst tasting chipotle I ever had. First and last time at this spot. Regret paying for parking to walk in

It was great food the place had ice and water spilled I just wished it was more clean and organized. Outside area nice place to eat
