Apparently they dont care about reviews ...because they have a ton of negative and nothing changes ,there literally was small lizards inside running around cockroaches swarming in the parking lot ,the heavy set lady had stains all over her and was extremely rude and unprofessional, this place is a disaster, was charged $45.00 for extra meat and she was acting like she owned the place, PLACE IS DISGUSTING I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY.......RUN AWAY RUNNNNNNN

As someone who works in customer service, I cant fathom treating people the way this location does. Initially, I felt bad for the workers bc there’s no ac in this location so its extremely warm (plus with the cooking it makes it worse for them). I would be in a uncomfortable mood too. However, talking back to customers bc YOU did the order incorrectly is very unprofessional. Every single worker had an attitude, no smile, didn't even meet your gaze as if we the customers are a hindrance. Portions were horrible, options were little to none. The only reason this has 1 star is bc the food was still tasty and bc a lower rating doesn’t exist.

Mobile order was ready when I arrived, and the meal was exactly what I ordered. Smooth experience.

The parking is brutal, but the service was crazy fast!

Every time I come to this chipotle I’m greeted by this rude lady who never has a good attitude and looks like she hates her job. I asked for double meat and I got a tiny scoop. When I asked if that was double she rolled her eyes and said yeah. I eat chipotle 3-4x a week I know what double meat looks like. Every time I’m disappointed more and more by this location. By the looks of it I’m not the only one, management just doesn’t wanna do anything about it.

Genuinely the most miserable workers, I come here once a week and it’s the same everytime the workers hate their job and it showwwsss😭 rolling their eyes, making rude comments and they don’t even give you the accurate proportions

Worst chipotle I've been to by far. The staff are ignorant and brush you off. Out of important ingredients like white rice, steak, carne asada, and fajita veggies. When we asked for all salsa on our bowls, audible sighs were heard. Skimpy portions too. Would give it a 0.5/5.

Had the worst attitude from the older woman working . Definitely going to the other one up on Biscayne now. my portion was also extremely small.
