I went in tonight at 7:40 pm and placed an order. I asked this lady for a tote bag, and she told me I couldn’t have one. She was very rude. I eat at Chipotle almost every week, and I’ve never been denied a tote bag. It makes it easier to carry your food.

Terrible customer service. No greeting, no eye contact, no hospitality. I walked in and employees just stared at me. When I asked where to pick up my order they just pointed. At the pickup counter the employee didn’t even respond to my greeting, just said “name.” Felt like I was bothering them just for being there.

Weakest Chipotle in Miami. Even when the restaurant is empty, they’ll take their sweet time getting to their post just to skimp you on half a serving of rice, protein, anything.

The 1 star is for the cashier, who’s always nice.

This place can do so much better.

the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. who is holding these people hostage and making them work at chipotle because that is the only explanation i can think of as to why they are so rude.. they don’t look at you when you’re ordering, basically pretend ur not there, and they ignore you when you ask them something. i ordered a bowl and chips, and she forgot to put the chips in the bag after i just paid for them. the food is fine but the service is less that pleasant. do better chipotle.

I grew up in Colorado (where Chipotle started) and the food back then was AMAZING. I don't know what happened, but it is disgusting now. Truly a shame.

I ordered the Carne Asada and it was genuinely the worst steak I've ever had. Dry, flavorless, cheap meat with a weird grainy texture. I couldn't even finish it, had to throw it away.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER

Corporate should train their employees on how to properly use their system to ring up an order. Cashier(short older woman) wants to argue with me that I can’t order a “baby chips” because it’s only for kids. I explain to her that I don’t want a large portion of chips when I’ve always in the past 13 years of eating chipotle in my hometown of Miami been able to order a small/baby chips with my order. She’s basically trying to force me to order the larger portion which I know I’ll end up throwing away a majority of the serving. Aside from that she was extremely rude to me, thankfully someone else stepped in and completed my order.

I walked into Chipotle at 10:40 p.m. and found that they were already packing up, even though there were still 20 minutes before closing. The person serving me gave me a really unpleasant look and even made a dismissive clicking noise as if they didn’t want me to order. I told them that if they don’t want to treat customers properly at that time, they should change their closing hour, because it’s not the customers’ fault the sign says 11:00 p.m. but the staff decides to shut down earlier. Loyal customers deserve respect, and it’s disappointing when the whole experience gets ruined by employees who clearly don’t want to be there.

Food itself was really good and fresh. Worker doesn’t give you good enough portions for the price, you have to ask for extra. A bit dirty and unorganized but overall sort of reasonable price and good for grab n go
