This place is always messy, employees with bad attitude as soon u approach. Employee at front with no hairnet, with a hot on but couldn't even fit all the hair so hair is flapping everywhere. Them person at register handling cash with gloves on. Also what it seems a manager came on his phone and gloves on to overide a transaction, then when back to helping the girl at the Togo line. No care for any type of food safety.

Steak bowl should be called full carbs bowl because there was probably 1% of steak in the whole bowl. This is ridiculous. Check your online orders when you pick up. They take advantage of that. Never again

This is the rudest chipotle I’ve ever been too. I asked for them to cut my quesadilla into three pieces and was told there’s plastic utensils to do that with. Also there’s no napkins and I wasn’t given the cup of water requested.

Ordered delivery from door dash here. We ordered two bowls. First order was completely wrong, like they chose random toppings and did not even read the order that was put in. Both bowls had random things added and random things taken away. The sticker on the bowls even listed exactly what was ordered but both were completely wrong. Reordered because we were still hungry and both bowls had items on it that we both absolutely hate. Second order comes and again, both items list the items that were requested on the bowls, but again, random toppings were added and random Items were removed even though paid for. Not sure what is going on but four bowls being completely wrong seems like more than just a random fluke.

The food is always the same but the service here was so bad. The workers were literally pointing and talking about me as I’m eating looking them dead in the eyes. And my girlfriend goes to the register to go ask a question and all the 3 people blatantly just ignore her. If you’re not happy to be at work just get another job. I usually don’t leave reviews but come on be better

Sorry I had to upload photos but these 2 were very obnoxious, when finished making my bowl the woman literally threw my bowl to the register attitude the whole entire time like she didn’t want to work. The gentleman checked me out and when I asked for the young woman’s name he told me I DONT KNOW, I was surprised he actually didn’t want to help and just basically didn’t care about his co workers Poor customer service.
The best Chipotle's r in North Miami. The ones in South Miami on US1 are horrible. If u want to make them better ask the hatian women in N miami locations how to cook. The one in pincrest is trash....Seriously ask the location next to the lamborgini dealership in N Miami what there doing because there the best in the state..And i eat at all of them. consistancy is hard but it can be controlledParking: Find more hatians to run ur restaurants
