Why do people even bother? National promotion BOGO the day before thanksgiving the only reason I decided to give chipotle another chance and guess what?! This location said they were not participating in the promotion! Terrible food and even worse customer service, I won’t be back to this location nor any other chipotle ever again!

Chipotle doesn't answer the phone and their website doesn't let you place orders which is really bad business design. The inability to speak to a person on the phone is a crime and no business that replaces their workers with audio machines should be allowed to do so.

This was a 1 star review but once I got there, the ladies that were working there, while surprised at the big order of 20 bowls with sides that I brought them, they immediately strapped in and started putting the bowls together and made sure they were right and even made sure to get the special directions absolutely correct. They were quick on their feet and very adaptable and I can't thank enough the actual people that were working today (10/31/2025) enough, they were AMAZING.

But the inability to place orders or speak to a person on the phone makes big orders like this an impossibility and suggests to me for the future that it's best to bring your business elsewhere because it's not worth the headache of being UNABLE to speak to A PERSON to have food ordered for big projects here. ESPECIALLY when big orders are often impromptu. Chipotle needs to let people answer the phone again and fix their website because it's only making the customer experience worse and making the lives of their workers harder.

In this life, there will be worries; there will be struggles; there will be problems, strife, and confusion. If you are the kind of person that relishes in these things, this Chipotle is the PLACE FOR YOU. Hear ye, hear ye!...to the problematic, negative, sarcastic, and miserable, I invite you to order from this Chipotle. They literally cannot complete a single online order without messing it up. Is it a chicken bowl your heart desires?? Then you will delight in how they send it with almost no chicken. A shapeless void fills the bowl as you stare down at bed of rice and lettuce. Is it a delicious side of that famous guac you so desperately want?? Your expectations will be surpassed as you break your cripsy chip on a frozen glob of guac they so hapharzardly forgot to unfreeze. Join me, O army of restless souls, in search of misery! I am your ambassador and this Chipotle is our realm! We will live like KINGS! Kings of misfortune and all that is wrong with a society in which food is thrown at the filthy masses like a bucket of slop being tossed to swine!

My wife ordered for pick up, thinking it was going to be convenient, But when I arrived, there were no to go orders worked on. Had I just ordered when I arrived, I would have gotten my food before.

When the employee finally started working on the to-go orders, she started speeding through them. I had a hunch she was working on my order. She had messed up one of the bowls, and then redid it. She continued to put ingredients without considering sufficient portions.

When the order name was called, of course it was mine. Before leaving i opened them to check. I had asked for extra black beans, but my bowl barely had any. I had to ask another employee to please add black beans as I had ordered extra. He was kind about it, while the girl didn’t acknowledge me or apologize. I looked at my wife’s bowl and the portions also looked questionable, but she wasn’t there with me. When I got home, I realized she served her brown rice and not white rice… so in reality, orders in a row were just incorrectly done, because she was trying to get people out quick.

To add to all this, something tasted off with the food. Almost like it had been out for a while. It tasted old. Not sure if the to go area was neglected for a while, or if they used old food.

What was suppose to be a convenient and quick food pick up on a rainy day, has been the worst chipotle experience I have ever had.

decent seating, I visited America the other day and went to Chipotle for the first time all excited, then saw hardly any toppings, and they refused to grill my burrito on the flat top like any place where I am from in Canada will do automatically. what a terrible place and overpriced too.. was my only option near my hotel. if you like chewy soft tortilla go for it! not for me.. girl there was rude and told me it was already heated up when they warmed the tortilla.

First Visit (10 PM):

Staff claimed to be out of key ingredients (red sauce, sour cream, salad) despite being open for another hour.it felt he did want to bring new container from the fridge

When questioned, the response was basically “we’re closing soon,” which suggests they were more focused on wrapping up than serving customers.

Not a great look for customer service or operations.

Second Visit (10:45 PM):

Employee didn't change gloves after cleaning, then started filling my bowl— that’s a big health code concern.

I gave a polite heads-up about packaging issues, but he ignored my instructions, tilted the container, and leaked the liquid.

That’s careless and unprofessional.

If the hot and cold food on the line isn’t kept at the proper temperatures, that’s a serious food safety violation.

Cross-contamination (like touching food with dirty gloves) can also get a place flagged or shut down during an inspection.

Never met such consistently rude employees. One Red head who does take out is extremely rude, every time. If the employees don’t want to speak and help people, put the take outs on the shelf. I work locally and eat here frequently, it’s always the same thing.
