First, it was around 8:07 p.m. The place was not super busy but steady. The staff was good, the food was good, the place was not kept up. Stuff on the floor, tables not wiped, out of napkins (but when I asked, that young man was right on it and grabbed some for me! Thank you!). And most important, none of us got sick after eating the food. I am not being sarcastic here. We have gone to other chain restaurants and have gotten sick or have to run to the bathroom after eating there. Not here.

Horrible service! I wasn’t greeted but told the lady what I would like and she looked at me like I was crazy and then started to heat the taco shell. Then her co-worker came over and they started arguing. Then he took over and looked at me like what do you want, again not speaking. I advised him I want two soft tacos and then I have no clue what he said, so I repeated myself and he did the same, which I still had no clue to what he muttered. So, I told him forget it and I walked out.

I understand that the company itself serves small portions but this location takes it to a different extent. If you ask for protein they will give you less than half a spoon in the bowl, and if you ask for more they will put 2 pieces of chicken. Honestly, you just do not get what you pay for. If you are looking to get your moneys worth, I do not suggest this location.

Came Friday 12/28/24 at 10:42 and was turned around & told they were closed because they were short staffed & had no food left. The hours say it is opened until 11PM.
Normal chipotle. Gave extras without fussing about it. Great Chipotle. Will be back when I’m in the area

This location is FILTHY!!!! Walked in about SEVEN employees to include a MANAGER standing around NO CUSTOMERS IN LINE and the food counter looks like this!!!! When asked WHY no one got a rag and CLEANED UP they got mad at me! I asked for brown rice he put white rice in the bowl THEN dumped it out and proceeded to use the same bowl until I told him not to!!!!! IF the counter looks like this I’m sure they don’t wash their hand and practice food safety! STAY AWAY YOU MAY GET SICK IF YOU EAT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Their informs are dirty so they think nothing of the old food in and around the station! Let’s not forget a few weeks ago I went in and the manager was testing the temperature of the food using what appeared to be a stainless steel end she went from the rice to ALL the beans to ALL the meat to the veggies AND NEVER WIPED IT OFF! There was rice in the black bean instead of scooping it out she just mixed it up!! Talk about CROSS CONTAMINATION Tried to give them another chance both times I walked out without food!! Whom ever is in charge at that location should be terminated! Reported it to support who said they would forward the concerns to that team at that location apparently it fell on deaf ears because weeks later the same sloppy dirty food station! ????
