Online order. Skimped on ingredients in both dishes, and despite all the selections on my burrito, they gave me rice and meat, nothing else. The bowl was 1/2 to 3/4 the amount of food we’re normally given. They weren’t busy when I went in, as the employees were all standing around talking.

This place moves quick! Customer service- dont expect all of that. Just like every other chipotle YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH HERE… the bowls are barely filled with anything.

The food is really good but the service has been poor with delivery. My order on several occasions now has been incorrect and missing items. There is no way to reach anyone at the location short of driving there and all calls are handled by bots that you can’t get past. I have ultimately just let it go because it’s too frustrating to resolve an error that costs me more to chase down to correct. Calls are handled by a bot so you can’t get to anyone. For me the customer service policy is a deterrent to future ordering.
