How come at this chipotle you can only order a quesadilla online? Everywhere else you can order it there without a problem?

This has to be the worst chipotle location, curious to see if management reaches as well. I spent 20 mins driving there and 15$ for completely un edible meal. The chicken was hard as rock and had like 4 pieces! I am so disappointed and on top of that the employees seems rude and bothered! I want a refund

Literally a scam. They deceive you with a lot of rice and even if you pay for double portions of proteins they will scam you and give you little scraps of meat. Don’t waste your money on this garbage location.

Even the manager avoids making contact to not have to work. Everytime I come here I feel like im interrupting their conversation. One girl at the to-go taking care of multiple orders while 4 guys having a conversation avoiding looking my way.

Man they raised the price and I fell like they shake the spoon even more. I have 6 pieces of chicken in my pick up order!! If u want a good bowl of food go to 3 Chefs and chicken, they don’t shake the spoon! Do better

It's unbelievable to pay so much for mostly rice!!! I am a small person and don't need a huge plate to feel full but I'm not paying $$$ to just eat your rice! I am paying for DECENT portions of your protein and for that overpriced extra $2.65 guacamole!!
Today the guy making my order super stacked my bowl and burrito with rice but for the remaining items he would wipe/smack the spoon to get the lowest portion possible! Why would you not give me the portion of guacamole I am paying extra for anyways?!?!
It's ridiculous your not on commission for each bowl/burrito etc. And we're not getting free food we are PAYING customers that just want a decent meal with the right portions not your way of cutting back!
If you want to cut back on food portions, go ahead and make a sign to place at your main entrance so we all know before we decide to spend our money there!!!

I’ve tried to give Chipotle multiple chances, hoping that each visit would get better, but unfortunately, they keep falling short in one major area: the meat portions. Every time, I order expecting a decent serving, especially for the price I’m paying, but I end up with barely any meat in my bowl or burrito. For the cost, the portion feels way too small, leaving the meal feeling unsatisfying and unbalanced.
It’s really frustrating to pay extra for a protein option, only to feel shortchanged when I look at my meal. I understand they’re following portion sizes, but it often feels like I'm not getting my money's worth, especially compared to other places. Chipotle could really improve by being a bit more generous with the portions, or at least more consistent.
If this was a one-time thing, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but it's been an issue every time I’ve gone. I really wanted to like Chipotle, but with the consistently small portions for the price, it’s hard to justify coming back.
