Wow!!! Just wow!! I walked into chipotle after not having it for over 2 years.. was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager. She had such a warm welcoming aura and made me feel so welcome to be at her restaurant. The service I got at this establishment was so refreshing. I felt like I was at home. Clean dining room, clean restrooms, overall amazing experience. The portion sizes were bigger than expected and I left excited about my next visit. I asked for the managers name, her name was Natalie. I hope she’s working when I go in next, she is truly dedicated to quality!

Ordered online, and I was given no more than a tablespoon of rice. I also ordered two quesadillas and the same thing, very little rice. Keep increasing the prices and putting less food. Chipotle overall has gone downhill. After this experience, I’m done with Chipotle.

I ordered through the app yesterday and my dad went to pick up my order. Sealed obviously so can nobody say that it was one of our own. Thank god i mix my bowl everytime because as i’m stirring, I feel something weird on the fork.. LMAO it’s hair. it’s somebody’s hair. I guess hairnets are optional 😍 i already got a partial refund processing from the company. but ts is nasty, be weary of the places you order at and the quality of their preparation. Chipotle is not new to being disappointing but this is actually insane.

I ordered through the app and the food was not edible. The person making the order either hates the job or does not know what they are doing. They put so much tomatillo-red chili salsa on it, that would asphyxiate you at each bite… It should be a crime to serve that to any customer. Wake up, guys! You are a franchise and you should be following guidelines. Very disappointing and pathetic standards of quality.

Don’t bother coming for chips and queso after 8:00 PM because they NEVER HAVE. Like EVER. What’s the point of closing at 11 if the food is done 3 hours earlier… never coming here again.

The food is always nice and fresh. BUT they always stop giving chips around 8:30-9:00 pm. I tend to buy my food with the chips, and have left this location multiple times because they do not have anymore. The place closes at 11:00 PM.. Didnt think the chips would be done that early. The staff is always working hard and quick to attend your needs. There is one young lady who I saw leave her fellow crew members do the work, while she was talking to her boyfriend in the dining area. And one of the crew members told her to come back and help, and she was saying that the job was “chill AF”. Not fair to the rest. Hopefully that only happened that one day. Anyways , please stop giving out chips early !!

Today I went to Chipotle, and the experience was really disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the place was dirty. The tables, the utensil and soda station were neglected and had no utensils available. The trash was overflowing from the bins, which was very unpleasant.

The worst part was the service. There were 8 employees in the store, and even though there were only two customers, none of them bothered to come out and clean or tidy up the area. Instead of working, the employees were laughing and messing around with each other. The girl at the register had a terrible attitude, even when just giving me a bag. I really can't believe the level of disinterest and lack of professionalism from the staff.

I will definitely not be coming back to this place. Chipotle urgently needs to address the attitude of its staff and the maintenance of its facilities.
